Whether for vacation, work, temporary housing or anything else, this duplex has almost everything you need. The one thing that we like the most about this duplex is its close proximity to many essential places in Fort smith. You will have private parking on the driveway and in the garage (1 car).

Extremely well stocked kitchen, all convenient amenities and perfect backyard for the fur baby! Centrally located and quick access to the highway. We really enjoyed our stay.

Home away from home

This property was absolutely wonderful. Clean, comfortable and well maintained. Property owner was very responsive to any message or concern we had. This was a great place for us to just unwind after visiting family. It was a great place to just relax for the adults and the kids. It is also a great location just minutes away from any store or restaurant you may need or what. We would definitely book this location again.

Happy to return!

The host is fantastic to work with. Responsive and helpful. Second time staying here. Some nice updates! Comfortable and clean. Huge washer and dryer. Garage is clean and provides safe access. Check-in and check-out are extremely simple. I’m sure I’ll stay again.

Perfect for a Weekend Visit

We wanted to find a place to stay formy class reunion. This duplex filled the bill with its nice size and convenient location. It is also pet friendly! Owner responds quickly to questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Easy access to food, entertainment. The house had everything we needed and more!

We will highly recommend this house to our family and friends. Owner was easy to reach and graciously extended our stay upon our short request. Great friendly neighborhood, easy access to shopping & entertainment. Excellent experience!

When we arrived there was some issues due to mis-communication. Host -Kevin was excellent in rectifying situation. Very comfortable and quiet. Convenient location.

Perfect location for everything we had planned. Clean but could tell smoking had been done inside. Comfort of beds was not good for 2 people!

Home away from home

Stayed for a weekend while visiting ft.smith. Kitchen is better stocked than my own house, just add food. Everything was clean and comfortable. Living room is stocked with DVD's to watch. Bedroom has tv to watch programs. Neighborhood is nice and quite. We rode our bikes so the best part was having the enclosed garage. Check in and out was easy and the owner answered any questions with fast communications.

Great Place To Call Home For A Few Days

Kevin the host was very quick to answer any questions. The garage is available for guest use which made it so eady to load and unload an infant in a car seat. The unit is fully loaded with things you need for cooking, cleaning and a washer and dryer in the unit. I run cold, my family runs hot and there were plenty of warm cozy extra blankets. Lots of DVD's to watch. It us also close to restaurants, grocery stores, Mercy Hospital and just in case, a tornado shelter. The neighbors were very nice.

Perfect for us!

Perfect place for our visit to Fort Smith. Not fussy. Not fancy. Comfortable. Very comfortable. Perfectly adequate. And clean. Everything worked. Nothing smelled bad (thank goodness). I felt like I was the first person ever to stay there. It’s a duplex, and I couldn’t tell if there was anyone in the other half. Very quiet. I came to Fort Smith for a week of onsite work. During the day, my son worked on a couple online college classes. WiFi was solid for his laptop work (and his Xbox). Roku and tvs in the bedrooms were nice to have. In the evening, we went to some great restaurants and ice cream places and then came back to watch sports. By the way, the pictures don’t do the couches justice. Those couches are super comfy! Very easy to access the house. Easy to leave. Host was very responsive.

Great option for Fort Smith

First, host Kevin was great, really responsive and willing to help with our few needs and one problem we had was promptly resolved. Next, this is a fantastic option for longer stays, particularly if you prefer to do your own cooking. This was a really well equipped kitchen, including unusual things like a mandolin, hot water, kettle, coffee pot with plenty of coffee and filters already provided, tons of pots pans, and every other kitchen utensil you are likely to need. Well, this is a duplex, and it says the square footage is 1000 ft.², we found it quite comfortable, and it felt much more spacious than that. It was great to be able to park our car in a garage rather than out on the road. The property is well cared for and clean. The only potential drawback that I think other people, considering this property should know about is that the neighborhood is not particularly nice. And no way did we ever feel unsafe, I would just say that it is may be a lower middle class neighborhood and you’ll notice unkempt lawns, and things like that, but it did not feel like a dangerous or bad neighborhood in any way. We have family in Fort Smith, so will likely be returning for future visits, and given this past experience with sick out this specific property again in the future.
