Escape to this lovely, newly remodeled Mid-Century Modern home in picturesque Fort Smith. With 3 bedrooms including a king, a queen, and twin trundle bed, guests will find plenty of options for a cozy night’s sleep. Enjoy the serene bathroom with a shower/tub combo and essential amenities like WiFi, heating, and Bluetooth speakers. The Kitchen is stocked with all the pots/pans/baking dishes/utensils needed to whip up a full meal, as well as a microwave, a blender, an air fryer, a crockpot and a hand mixer. Cooking oils and some spices are provided. Washer and dryer on premises. HDTV’s in Living Room, King Bedroom and Queen Bedroom. We have a dedicated workspace for being productive, whether that’s finishing up a project for work or just getting caught up on emails. The covered, furnished patio gives guests a comfortable place to relax and unwind. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

The home is well equipped with extra thoughtful touches like some snacks to enjoy, a stocked coffee bar, detergent and extra linens. The hosts are quick to respond and attentive. The home has been decorated beautifully. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Note that the airport is nearby so you will hear planes and jets at times which may be startling in the morning especially if you have littles but other than that, the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We didn't experience any issues that required attention but if we did, I'm sure the hosts would've handled it immediately as they were so kind and prompt to respond to messages. I would definitely return to this lovely rental on future visits to the area.

Lisa and her husband were wonderful guests! We were very happy to host them for their Christmas family gathering. They were very respectful of the property, always responded to all communications, and left the home spotless. We’d be more than happy to host them any time they visit Fort Smith!

We all agreed that this was one of our favorite VRBO places we’ve stayed in! The decor was adorable and it was equipped with anything anyone could possibly need. Beds were really comfy too. If you need a place to stay in Fort Smith I would 100% recommend this place!

This house was well-appointed and had pretty much anything a person could want/need during our stay. Hosts went above and beyond making sure everything was available to guests! Comfortable stay for a weekend with our kids for a swim meet.

The perfect house in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything.

We were in Ft. Smith for the USSSA Baseball Tournament June 27-29, 2025 so I needed something close to the Kelley Park Ballfields. I looked at some hotels but then decided to check VRBO and found this really cute house that was only 8 minutes from the fields and more affordable, too. I loved that it had 3 bedrooms so both boys (ages 8 and 10) could have their own rooms. The middle room has a trundle bed under the twin bed, the room to the right has a full (or maybe queen) bed, and the master bedroom has a king size bed, so there was more than enough room for everyone. When we arrived, the hosts had a personalized note and fresh baked cookies waiting for us. There were card games, board games, and brand new jigsaw puzzles that kept us entertained during downtime. The house was expertly decorated (pictures don't do her justice!), well-stocked with absolutely everything from the kitchen to the bathroom, plenty of pillows and linens. The carport has been transformed into a lovely outdoor patio/lounge area. The large backyard is fully fenced and well-maintained. The hosts even have a basketball in the laundry/utility room so people can make use of the basketball hoop in the driveway. The neighborhood seemed very safe and quiet, and there are dozens of restaurants, Aldi's, and Walmart within 5 minutes of the house. The Alma Water Park was a short trip away, too. Shanon was always incredibly easy to contact, quick to respond, and very friendly. This house was perfect!!

Brittany, her husband Joe, and their two boys were the perfect guests! They respected the home, responded quickly to all communications, and left the home spotless. They wrote the sweetest note in our guest book, which we greatly appreciated! We’re thrilled that they enjoyed their stay and that they were able to make use of some of the things we stocked for guests. We’d be more than happy to have them stay with us anytime-they’re always welcome!
