This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath beauty is just five minutes from Old Town and close to hiking trails, the fashion mall, and Chandler Park. Enjoy a full chef's kitchen and a spacious living area perfect for your entire group!
The Fitness Yard features a heated pool, putting green, volleyball court, walking trail with six exercise stations, a weighted push sled, and bean bag toss for fun and fitness.
The garage is equipped with foosball, ping pong, six bikes, and gym equipment for your entertainment!
A spacious living area separates the master suite from the other rooms. The living space features a comfy couch, a large dining table, an island with two barstools, and a luxury fully stocked kitchen. Coffee is a core value; we provide a Jura Whole Bean Grinder with fresh locally roasted coffee beans and a Keurig machine!

- 2nd Room: Queen Bed
- 3rd Room: Queen Bed
- 4th Room: Full over full bunk with a twin trundle underneath
There are two full baths (one in the master) and a half bath, perfect for getting ready.
The garage includes six adult bikes, one tike bike, a dumbbell set up to 30 lbs, foosball, and a ping pong table!
The front yard features a patio with a fire chat set and four Adirondack chairs.
The backyard boasts a heated pool, a putting green with chipping space, a volleyball court, a weighted sled on turf, bean bag toss, and a walking trail with six outdoor exercise stations.
Pool Heat Fee: $65 per day. The pool temperature is set to 85°F; however, if air temps drop below 70°F, the pool temperature may decrease significantly. Temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Please request pool heat at least 72 hours in advance. If it’s requested within 72 hours of check-in, a one-time $85 convenience charge will apply.

This property is for anyone! We can host families, Mastermind's, Corporate Retreats, Bach(elorette) parties, etc. Our property is 5 minutes from Old Town in a car, or 15 on a bike. And yes, we provide the bikes! Also, our backyard is Fully Loaded! with a Heated Pool (no additional charge), Putting Green, Sand Volleyball Court and a walking trail with six Exercise Stations. The garage is furnished with a Ping Pong table, foosball table and Dumbbells and other exercise accessories. The home is beautifully remodeled and sleeps 11 comfortable.
