Enjoy your visit to Fairfield-Napa Valley at this stylish place. Slide the glass doors to a well-manicured backyard and an expansive entertainment area with plenty of seating space, gas grill, and game table.

2 floors and boasts 4 bedrooms, laundry room, covered patio, dining, living area with large sectional couch and 65in Smart TV, and well stocked kitchen. The accommodation is ideal for any traveller looking for a comfortable stay during their professional trip or family getaway.

*House Rules*

❉Prior to check in: All guests will be required to submit a government photo ID
prior to receiving check in details.

The correct number of guests staying must be reflected in the booking. Linen and towels will only be provided for the number of guests included in the booking. Unauthorized guests will incur a fee of $50 per night each.

❉Long term stays are welcomed.

❉Smoking is not allowed. $500 fine if evidence of smoking is detected.

❉NO PARTIES. We have a 2 strike rule for noise complaints. The 3rd complaint will result in termination of your reservation and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund.

❉We however, allow intimate family & social gatherings subject to pre-approval. Please contact host before you make a booking if this service is required. Any small gathering must comply with our house rules regarding noise and cleanliness.

❉Small pets allowed for a charge of $175 per stay.

❉Early Check in and Late Check out will be allowed if available and agreed upon prior for an additional $100 per stay.

❉Unauthorized late check out will result in an automatic $200 charge

❉Lost garage clicker will result in a $250 charge

❉Please leave the property in a similar condition as it was during check-in. Breakages, damages, theft, and loss will be the guest's liability and responsibility. Claims will be filed if damages are not reported on the day of arrival.

❉We do not allow or accept parcels and mails being sent to the property. We recommend using a pack n mail service or an Amazon locker hub/USPS pick up instead.

❉Breaking any of the rental rules above, the guest is liable for a $500 fine and termination of the reservation without any refund and will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

Overall a Great Vacation

Everything was great with the house. Could use a few more forks to match the amount of plates. Garbage was overflowing in the outside bins. Could solve that by having a cheat sheet of when garbage should be taken down. Need to change description about the garage remote and get email information when checking in for app. Clarification about check out rules/requests. Grill has seen better days.

Maintenance needed

This property needs some TLC. There are weeds that have taken over the backyard and is growing inside the air conditioning unit. There were not enough towels left per guests, and there was a shortage of spoons. The batteries in the remote controls were dead, and we noticed that there were no smoke detectors downstairs. There were bags and bags of garbage from previous guests on the side of the house. We took the trash can out to the street before leaving, but there are several bags to be taken out. There was no broom, vacuum or mop that we could use to clean up various areas. The air filters are dirty and should be changed. The right faucet handle in the downstairs bathroom is loose and will soon be inoperable. Finally, there were no dishwasher pods.

Great House, Great Host!

We really enjoyed our time here! We were in town for a family event in Napa, we drove back and forth several times and it wasn’t more 30-35 min each time. The neighborhood was quiet and the house seemed brand new. There was a Walgreens and Walmart 5 minutes away and a little convenience store a short walk away. Highly recommend!

Had a great weekend stay at the property! Very clean, spacious house, comfy beds, and had everything we needed for our stay! Easy check in and out process and property manager was friendly! Thanks for a great stay!

Family visit

Great rental overall. We had 2 vehicles and parking was limited so it was helpful to have the garage to park in. Floors needed a good sweep and the kitchen counters were not wiped but otherwise clean upon arrival. Location was perfect for us as it was close to family, shopping and restaurants. Home was spacious with plenty of room for our family of 6 adults.

Great house in Fairfield

Great little house with lots of outdoor space, lots of kitchen supplies, and large rooms. Was great to stay to visit Suisun Valley wineries.

Exactly as described

The property was really well kept - presented almost brand new (paint, floors, fixtures, etc. were all fresh and updated). The location was perfect for us, not far at all from Napa. The neighborhood is very family oriented, so you will hear kids, dogs, and household projects. The home was spacious with good natural light and lovely backyard space. The host was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. If I had to make a suggestion, I would have liked to have some blackout/room-darkening curtains in the bedrooms as the light does come in really brightly at sun-up. There is also a train nearby, so we experienced some noise disturbances from that. That being said, I would definitely stay here again!
