This exquisite villa offers outdoor BBQ, outdoor dining, fireplace, tranquil paradise garden, spacious indoor as well as outdoor areas with the holiday/beach vibe. Perfect for entertaining and/or simple weekend getaway for families and friends. High end appliances, espresso maker, Breville juicer, office space, and all essentials included.

The villa is conveniently located nearby bars, restaurants, shops, local landmarks, supermarkets, parks, and famous Florida malls. Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk are known as one of the best touristic places that offer both Caribbean vibe and turquoise ocean water to enjoy. The beach is approximately 10 minutes away. Boardwalk offers activities such as walking, bicycling, skateboarding, live music and entertainment. Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is only 20 minutes drive. Other actives that our guests enjoy include golfing at Hillcrest Country Club, Hollywood Beach Golf Resort, and Grande Oaks, Las Olas Boulevard (Fort Lauderdale) entertainment district, Yacht clubs and Hollywood Marina, Bal Harbour Shops in Miami, Gulfstream Park (horse racing) and Oleta River State Park (kayak rentals). Luxury sailing boats, private cruises and deep-sea fishing charters are also available in the neighborhood. We will always have a place to refer our guests and are happy to answer any questions. Great house for 3 couples or large family

We really enjoyed our stay at your house. It was perfect for 3 couples. All beds were very comfortable. Great location. Wish our stay could have been a little longer.

One of the best getaway home

This is one of my best getaway home. Everything was extremely clean , the house was absolutely gorgeous. And all in all the home felt like a home away from home the host was very responsive and had really good communication. This house was a 10/10

Enjoyable spacious home

The property was well kept, a few things were broken including the Microwave, ice maker, and crack in the glass panel. Some doors within the house also didn’t lock. Overall this was a very convenient home to stay in and we enjoyed our time there.

Great for big families

The house has plenty of space to fit all 10 people they advertise as max. The patio is a great place to relax. Common areas had plenty of space. Would recommend a roku or device to access apps in TV for future visitors. TV only had youtube and could not download or access any channels/apps.

Lovely Home

We were given the option to stay here when another host canceled our reservation with less than 24 hour notice. Marina was able to accommodate us and even allowed for an earlier check in. The property is in a very nice residential neighborhood. It is only about a 5 minute drive to the beach and boardwalk, however, we hadn't rented a car because our original reservation was within walking distance. I wish I had a kitchen like this one in my own home. It was beautiful. There was no firewood for a fire pit use, and no charcoal for the outdoor grill/oven, so we cooked inside.

Host was very rude.

My experience with this property was not good, the property listed on Vrbo when I initially booked would accommodate my party but when we arrived it was nothing like it advertised on Vrbo the host was very rude when I called her. As we are discussing the issue with the bedrooms which it was supposed to be 3 Queen bedrooms and a king suite and 1 of the Queen bedrooms should’ve had an bathroom as well . One of the other bedrooms was not a queen as list on Vrbo it was a couch twin bed. The host then went on Vrbo and changed the listing that stated what I said. She then hangs the phone up on me. And never answer any of my calls.

Decent home

Newly re-touched home. Odd layout but it works. The bathroom outside had everyone perplexed. No ironing board or iron. Many of the towels, sheet sets, pillows seemed to be all the “leftovers”— while the hand towels were new the bath towels were very old and felt like sandpaper. While it’s a recently retouched home it’s not a complete remodel- most of the doors, cabinets, closets are repainted but they didn’t take time to align them or make everything smooth and “renewed”. It’s 50/50 with VRBOs— some go the quick route some do a deeper and more thorough job. Probably the most annoying was the lack of hot water. This is due to the owner keeping the temp as low as possible to deliver warm water while taking a shower. However when the water is set at an ok (not hot) temp, that means 100% of the warm water is flowing out immediately. So after my two colleagues took pretty quick showers ( we were in a hurry to get to work), I stepped in and took a cold shower. Not something you look forward to when trying to wake up. All in all for the price paid, it’s ok I guess. I wouldn’t book again and certainly wouldn’t pay that price. Owners who do the “minimum” to get by don’t get my high vote. While this review may look negative there were good positive attributes of the house. Good lighting, very clean, spacious.
