Experience serenity in this 3-bedroom, 2 bath beach condominium! Wind down with ocean and river views from your private deck and expansive windows. Our condo faces the Monterey Bay- perfect for sunrises! This spacious condo offers a bright layout with lots of living space. Our home has a dining room that seats 4 with 2 extra chairs in the master bedroom closet; a blue rocking recliner chair in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TVs with cable in the living room and two bedrooms.

Our spacious condo has a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, two guest bedrooms - one with a full bed perfect for a couple and the other with a queen-sized bunk bed (both the top and the bottom bunk are queen beds) to sleep up to 7 guests. Equipped with Linens, towels, washer & dryer appliances in the hallway closet near the guest bedroom for all your needs. We have a private WIFI connection, so streaming & browsing the internet is a breeze! The deck makes for perfect evenings enjoying nature and the breeze of the ocean.

Nearby amenities include tennis, volleyball, horseshoes & bocce ball courts are available for use and we also have sports equipment you can rent out for free at our lobby. Stop by our lobby and look at the selection of sports equipment you can rent out for free, browse our DVD library and gift store where you can find breakfast foods, beer & wine, comfy beach clothing, gifts and great kites to fly on those breezy days!

This is the perfect beach home to enjoy tranquility, while being just steps from the beach. Enjoy walks on the beach, watching for whales, otters, dolphins, and various other sea animals!
Please note that all BBQ's in the Pelican condos have been removed due to HOA policy.

This was a great place for our family. There is a great view of the ocean and the slough. The condo is very comfortable and well equipped. It was a little tricky to find on a dark and rainy night, but once there, it was lovely.

Private location with the ocean right out your window

Lovely secluded area yet close to nearby tourist spots. Peaceful quiet surroundings. Listen to the sounds of the ocean and walk on the beach without dealing with any crowds. A special place!

Beautiful Beach

5 days with the grandkids. They loved the beach and the location is remote and quiet, but close enough to run to town. Easy drive to both Santa Cruz and Monterey. The condo was well stocked with all necessary kitchen equipment to make a meal. The beds were comfortable and the project is quiet except for the surf. This is our second time to Pajaro Dunes and we will be back.

Beautiful condo

This property is everything you would hope for. I cannot recommend it enough. Tranquil, peaceful and beautifully decorated. Our only issue is with the front desk personnel. They sent us on a wild goose chase trying to find the condo.

Nice spot at Pajaro

Our extended family all enjoyed our stay at your Pelican condo. The unit is well stocked with kitchen supplies, comfortable bedding and seating, and we appreciated the large refrigerator and the outdoor sofa area too. Thanks! p.s. May want to swap out the colorful glass knobs on the kitchen cabinet that houses the pots - as it bumps into the neighboring cabinet when open, you're unable to use the pullout cab drawer. Makes it a little tricky to access some of your pans! ;-)

Good for a weekend getaway

Location is prime. Not quite an ocean view but a partial ocean view. Would have been nice to have the spatio seat cushions and chairs in the closet available vs. me having to pull them out. For the cost of the condo, should be included. Place was clean, and everyone had comfortable beds. Played pickleball. Also, requesting no shoes in the house was a bit much for us. Check in process was a little complicated because we went to the right gate, but have to go the north office, which isn't close and a drive to check in, which is not convenient. Overall, was happy with the place and location.

Relaxing Holiday

My family stayed here for 5 nights for our Thanksgiving vacation. The building was quiet and we didn’t hear other occupants very much. The beach is private and not many people were on it when we went for a walks. The unit itself is well equipped. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. There were plenty of bath towels and they were nice and plush. The kitchen towels could have been better quality. They weren’t very absorbent when drying dishes. There also wasn’t a dish rack for hand washed dishes, but there is a dishwasher. The only real downside was that the shared bathroom is listed as having a tub and shower combo, but it had a cap/ was repaired so you can’t turn on the shower. It can only be used as a bathtub. However, the master bedroom has a shower in it. Overall we had a wonderful, peaceful, and relaxing stay. I would recommend this unit and I would book it again.

Beautiful weekend beach getaway only steps away from the ocean. We love Pajaro Dunes because quiet atmosphere. The accommodations beautifully decorated with beach vibes and all necessities included. Pelican 34 is a must! Loved the ocean and river views.
