This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. 2 king sized beds and pull-out sofa in the living room! Full sized kitchen-well stocked & ready for dine in meals. Enjoy the view from the balconies with coffee at sunrise & cocktails at sunset!
The Space:
Lots of space for the whole family or a quiet getaway with multiple ocean views!
This second-floor condo offers ocean views from both the second and third level balconies. Step inside and on the first level you will find a half bath, fully stocked kitchen to include a full-sized fridge, microwave, stove-top and oven, dishwasher, coffee pot and toaster. Dining area is a full-sized dining table and bar-top with additional seating for 3. A corner desk offers a dedicated workspace. Large living room with ample seating to include a full-size pull-out sofa bed. Large tv screen and fireplace next to the private patio with ocean views. Upstairs you will find stackable washer and dryer in the hall and a full bathroom. Two bedrooms with a king bed in each. Master bedroom includes a full bath and second private balcony with ocean view. This spacious Seascape Condo will comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Parking is available just below the unit. Easy access to the pool is right across the parking below.
Guest Access:
PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during your stay. We will send out the check-in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.
FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool and Spa; access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). The lobby fireplace with round seating, outdoor firepit on the main pool deck. Use of walking paths and overlook benches.
Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).
Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, $250 bonfire pit rentals and $75 smores packages are not available to private renters.
The Neighborhood:
Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay.
The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach.
On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, pools and spas, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site).
Across the street from the resort you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops.
The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort.
In the Heart of Aptos just over three miles or 10 minute drive away you will discover what happens when the redwoods meet the sea. This idyllic setting is perfect for mountain biking, hiking or exploring the historic village. In the village you will meet the lovely people of Aptos who love their town and its visitors. Pick your favorite spot to start and your adventure begins-many will invite you to enjoy the happenings of the day throughout the town. There are so many things to do here including wine tasting, shopping, pub crawling, fine dining and so much more. Take a hike in the Forest of Nisene Marks State Park-it's magical!

Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available immediately outside the unit and throughout the resort property.
All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.
To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.
The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.
The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10 minutes' drive.
Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
Choose a day at many of Santa Cruz's favorite beaches sit in the sand or walk along the wharfs and piers!
Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).
On Site Amenities: Sanderlings Restaurant and bar. Pools and hot tubs are accessible by using your guest code, pool/beach towels are provided to guests in the unit. Use of the full gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).
Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to the shuttle, golf carts, fitness facility, $275 bonfire rental and $75 smores packages are not available to private renters. Bonfires are allowed in the sand-Seascape is one of the few California beaches that still allows this. Supplies can be purchased from the Village across the street.
Seascape has outside video cameras in public spaces throughout the property.
NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz County, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.
