Relax with the family at this peaceful escape in Colorado’s nature w/ a HOT TUB and backside view of Pikes Peak! Imagine sipping your morning coffee on the deck as you watch the sun rise, or roasting marshmallows over the firepit with Colorado nature all around you as the sun sets! Peace and tranquility!! Just 7 minutes from the town of Woodland Park for great restaurants and conveniences, but far enough away to be completely unplugged and away with your friends and family. Excellent hiking close, and so much to do! (Price includes reasonable VRBO fee of 8%, taxes, and payment processing fees)

This is purely a small family and couples group get-a-way, not intended for a place to party. Here are some additional rules and if you do not agree to them, and while we understand, this may not be the best rental for you. Renting constitutes agreement.

-Maximum capacity is 6 total, no more than 4 adults (13 and older), exceptions are per owner agreement before booking. Additions are $50/night and may be asked to terminate the rental depending on the situation. Please respect the owner's request on numbers of adults. The property is on a septic and well; and it is not designed to host a lot of people.
-No children under the age of 13 allowed in the Hot Tub. Hot tub is Adult only. You MUST complete the waiver before use (Adult making the reservation)
-Pets result in a fine of $250 plus damages (owner has allergy). Additionally, rental agreement will be terminated immediately.
-0 tolerance for parties. This is a family friendly venue.

We have strict rules to protect our property interests and the peaceful enjoyment for our neighbors. Thank you for respecting this, you will have an amazing getaway if you decide to rent PeakViewCabin!!

We enjoyed our stay at this charming cabin. It is close to everything while having the feeling of being secluded. Kitchen is well stocked, beds were comfortable. Cabin was very cozy and welcoming. Definitely recommend. The owners were very easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions.

This is a great cabin in a great location. I wanted a view, fire pit, hot tub, and room to spread out. Not too far from town but feels remote.

Woodland Tranquility

This was an amazing place to stay. The views and peace this place had was incredible. The house was clean and stocked with everything you need to make dinner or drinks. The hosts were very responsive and put together a great atmosphere to enjoy your time on vacation. Awesome place to stay!

Great for family

The views were amazing and it felt very private which we loved. The grandchildren loved being at the house as much as the site seeing and tourists things. Location to everything was great. The home was clean as felt well cared for.

What a gem. The cabin was more like a nice home, exceptionally clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything you could think of with all sorts of welcoming touches. The view of Pikes Peak from the front deck and living room was spectacular. Although the drive into town was very short, we felt we were away from it all. We liked relaxing on the deck or swing for two in the evenings. The hosts were very accessible and instructions clear. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

The hosts have thought through every detail for an amazing stay. Their communication was clear, consise and timely. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need and in good working order. The entire house was very clean and comfortable. The views are out of this world and it is so peaceful. Great place to stay

Stay there with my family of four and a friends family of four and had plenty of room. In a quiet location and the property was extremely nice and clean. Close to a lot of off-road trails which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Perfect Cabin and Amazing View!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids and you can see Pike’s Peak from the deck! Central location to Colorado/Manitou Springs and also Florissant. Owners are great and were highly communicative during our stay! We’ll definitely be staying here when we come back to the area!

Beautiful cabin!

My family enjoyed our stay in this wonderful cabin! It was very clean! Had all the amenities that you would ever need and want. The cabin was very spacious and the views were AMAZING!! We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub with the great view of Pikes Peak. We got to see several deer around the property. Owners were very generous, helpful and always quick to respond with any questions we had. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Quiet and Relaxing

The cabin has everything you could need for an extended stay and plenty of space for our family of 5. It was extremely clean. We spent our evenings either playing games from the game cabinet or relaxing by the firepit or in the hot tub. It was pretty secluded, yet close enough to town to grab a bite to eat. Highly recommend!

Family friendly with extraordinary hosts

What a fabulous cabin and experience! Stayed here with my family and we enjoyed this quiet yet conveniently located cabin. Of note, the host went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of and was very responsive for us. The house was well appointed with reasonablr guest expectations clearly posted. We saw a lot of wildlife while staying here and enjoyed the array of amenities. Do not hesitate to book this place, it will exceed your expectations and the views are spectacular. We have stayed at many rentals and this place and the owners are the best!

The property is clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The property managers are thoughtful and very communicative. The photos on this listing do not do this property any justice. There are horses on property which was a majestic experience despite being allergic. Close to all activities. Highly recommend.

Beautiful view

The perfect spot to relax and take in the view! Great amenities and clean. The only downside we saw was that the entire cabin wasn’t air conditioned. A portable unit was in one upstairs bedroom and fans were scattered throughout so we were still comfortable.

Great Getaway!

My wife and I wanted to celebrate our eighteenth wedding anniversary. And this was perfect. Tucked away from the busy city but yet close enough to enjoy the amenities of the city! The view was better then described. The cabin was clean and very comfortable! The management was more on top of things then i could keep up with making it a truly fabulous time! I highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing time away you will consider this location!

We live in Colorado Springs, but really enjoy our retreats to the mountains, relaxing in the hot tub, reflecting over the day's events. We want to share this special place with your family. Please be advised that a member of the owner's family has a very severe allergic reaction to specific pet dander. This property is strictly animal-free zone due to these severe allergies. Your understanding regarding this matter is greatly appreciated. The additional cost to make it again a pet allergy free environment can be costly. Thank you in advance.
