Trapper's Landing 38 is a large 2-bedroom + den, 4-bathroom townhome. The ground level features the living room, dining area, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a half bathroom, and a private balcony off of the living room with a propane barbecue.

The second level features the master bedroom with another private balcony and an ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom with an ensuite bathroom as well.

The basement level features the sleeping den with a sofa bed and double bed with a full bathroom, in-suite laundry facilities room, and access to the patio and private hot tub.

From either of the private balconies, you have a fantastic view of runs on Mt Morrisey as well as the start of the Orient Express chairlift.

Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your direct email 10 days prior to your arrival (direct email must be provided after your booking is accepted).

* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.

* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.

* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
