Bienvenido a nuestra casa de Sun Peaks en Trail's Edge. Disfruta de las vistas sin obstáculos del monte. Morrisey desde la comodidad del sofá de la sala o afuera en el balcón de la sala. Nuestra casa adosada de 1300 pies cuadrados con dos habitaciones tiene capacidad para 7 personas. En el piso superior, encontrará dos dormitorios, un baño completo y un baño. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama King, mientras que el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama litera doble sobre llena. El sofá de la sala se convierte en una cama plegable.

En el piso principal, encontrará la cocina y una cómoda área para comer y sentarse. ¡Los pisos con calefacción en todas partes mantendrán tus pies cálidos y acogedores! La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, cafetera y suministros, variedad de especias, utensilios y platos: todo lo que necesita para crear una excelente comida después de un día activo al aire libre.

Disfrute de la privacidad y la tranquilidad del espacio verde y un patio con jacuzzi privado nuevo (temporada 2019/2020) donde podrá relajarse después de un largo día en las pistas. O relájese junto a la chimenea de gas mientras se relaja viendo la televisión TELUS Optik o navegando por la red con WiFi.

Nuestra casa es ski in / out y los remontes de Oriente y Morrisey están a solo unos segundos. ¿Quieres pasar un tiempo en el pueblo en su lugar? No es un problema: está a solo 8 minutos a pie.

La conveniencia de un garaje privado en tándem para dos autos le permite estacionar en el interior, así como dejar su equipo de nieve o golf en el nivel del suelo para un acceso sin problemas.

Esta propiedad NO tiene una barbacoa.

Family ski vacation

We usually spend a week in sun peaks every year. This was our first time staying in the eastvillage and we really enjoyed it. This property is in trails edge, is very spacious, clean and well appointed. The hot tub is large and private. Easy walk to the village and ski in/out was quick via the orient chair. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time.

Great stay in Sun Peaks

I stayed in this town home just after Christmas (December 2019), with my family of 4. The location was great, just a few minutes walk to the village, and a short walk to ski in-out access. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and the hot tub was lovely and very private. Would definitely stay here again.

GREAT GETAWAY AT SUNPEAKS

A beautiful townhouse close to the village. We stayed for a mountain bike weekend and throughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is very well equipped, we didn't need or miss anything. Thank you for a great stay.

Terrific cozy ski in ski out condo

Everything was exactly as described. The condo was clean, cozy, well supplied and in a terrific location. We relaxed, walked to the village, skied everyday, and especially loved the privat spot for the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again in summer or winter in the future.

Ski vacation

Great spot. Clean and perfect location with close proximity to the Morrisey and Orient lifts. 10 mins to get to all the shops in the village. Unit had everything we could need during our stay and really loved having the garage for all our ski and outdoor gear.

Great family ski location

We really enjoyed this Sun Peaks Condo and the location of Trials Edge. The size of the property was perfect for our family of 4 and we enjoyed the ease of ski in / ski out. It is a 10 min walk into the village. Everything was well maintained and great communication. We will be back for sure.

Great location, nice unit and extra bonus to have your own garage. Unit had everything we needed. The only suggestion we would have is to provide a separate set of hot tub towels.

A great Sun Peaks condo

A very comfortable, well-appointed, well-located condo. We loved the hot tub, the gas fireplace, and the fact that you could walk a short distance and hop on a ski run to the chair lift. There are no blackout shades in the bedrooms, and lots of ambient light, so just be ready for that. Some of the dishes, placemats, and furniture could be updated/refreshed, but all in all this is really a nice place! And Steve was a great host. There are alot of steep stairs in this condo, which is three stories. This wasn't a problem for us, but again just be aware if you have someone who can't navigate stairs.

Sunpeaks Lodging

My biggest gripe is the door lock was not set properly so I could not enter the unit at the agreed time. I called the property manager a number of times and finally got through to allow entry to the unit. This has never happened to me at any other VRBO rental. My other gripe is garbage disposal. The directions were very weak and after a half hour driving around and asking where the garbage depot was without success ended up dropping it off at a transfer station near Kamloops for a fee. It would be a lot more appropriate for garbage to be left in the garage and disposed of by cleaning staff. The place is basically as advertised but if steps are an issue would not recommend. Good location and well stocked but also would suggest a barbeque would be nice.

It’s disappointing to hear that you had trouble with the door code, stairs, lack of BBQ and garbage. Door code: We’ll be sure to follow up with our property manager on your experience. I can assure you that our property management team is very responsive to guest needs. As a tip, you can also reach out to us directly through VRBO if you’re having trouble reaching our property manager. Garbage Disposal: We will review the garbage disposal instructions to see where improvements can be made. We’ve never had anyone ever mention this as an issue before (nor has our property manager with other properties). BBQ: While we agree having a BBQ would be nice, there are complexities with having one. This is why we choose not to and make guests aware of this through our listing. Stairs: The number of stairs we have is consistent with any 3-storey townhouse. We make guests aware that this is a multi-storey home in our listing.

DO NOT stay here for the hot tub

Myself and 3 friends headed to Sun Peaks for a weekend of snowboarding and hot tubbing. Having had hot tub challenges with VRBO units before, I specifically asked BEFORE renting the unit to ensure the hot tub was working. Technically it was working, but would only work for 2 20 minute cycles at a time, then not work for an hour+ afterwards. So friends would head of the slopes early, head for the hot tub, and when I arrived 30-45 minutes later that hot tub would not work. We notice this problem the 1st night, emailed the owner that evening, heard back at 2:54 pm the next afternoon, saying he would send a tech over. The next day we headed out the slopes, and upon our return, again the same problem. I emailed the owner again, he said he had come over, and didn't see a problem (we were at the condo all night, we didn't see him or hear the hot tub). He also said in the email that there were electrical outages effecting TVs and Hot tubs in the resort. There was no outage, the lights on the hot tub worked no problem. He said he would send a tech over. The next day, the same problem, and when I emailed the owner this time, we stated would like a partial refund, the refund amount to be at his discretion, and surprisingly enough, NO RESPONSE. The town house is in an OK location, well appointed but the furniture is dated but clean. I would NOT stay here again. This is the exact reason I don't like dealing with VRBO. At Big White/Whistler, we use a proper agency, and if there is a problem (which we haven't had in 7 stays) we would just call the rental company. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT AT SUN PEAKS!

Hello Peter – thank you for your important feedback. It helps us improve the experience we provide our guests – something that is important to us. It’s disappointing to hear that you feel the hot tub did not live up to your expectations. As you noted, the hot tub works. We have not had any concerns raised by our other guests about the hot tub. The hot tub is designed with several safety features that will force the hot tub to turn off when it exceeds a safety threshold (for example, if the temperature rises above a set limit, the motor overheats, etc.). The hot tub will also automatically turn off after 20min. Perhaps, exceeding safety limits is what was causing it to turn off? We will share your experience with our hot tub service company when we have the annual maintenance done after the ski season is over. The Province of BC safety guidelines for hot tub use indicates to “Avoid staying in the hot tub for more than 10 minutes at one time” (you can review them here: (https://www.healthlinkbc.ca/healthlinkbc-files/hot-tub-pool-safety). Sitting for a long duration is not recommended. You also mentioned in your initial inquiry that you’ve had challenges with hot tubs at other places you’ve stayed in the past. Perhaps the other hot tubs also had the same safety features in place.

really nice place, ski in and out, big clean hot tub, heated floors, cozy couches - biggest issue was you think you closed the fridge, but you didn't, so it was basically perfect
