This home is only one block away from the beach, making it the perfect location for you and your loved ones to experience the ultimate beach getaway. Play all day on the Gulf of Mexico by participating in fun rentals and excursions like parasailing, surfing, scuba diving, and deep-sea fishing. Discover local culture in the cuisine, arts, entertainment, and an array of family-friendly attractions. Four bikes are provided for easy transportation.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a feeling of welcome throughout the space. Gather around the plush furniture to have a great conversation or watch a movie on the large TV in the living area. Prepare fantastic cuisine in the full kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort, with a private entrance to the balcony and a lovely en suite bathroom that boasts a double-sink vanity and a soaking tub. Kids will love bunking down and making memories in the bunk beds. When you have some downtime, lounge about the sparkling pool to working on your suntan. Enjoy the spectacular Florida coast sunsets, which are unlike any other, right from your private patio and balcony!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Best Destin vacation ever

Bahama Breeze was the perfect size for our family of 10. Short 2 minute walk to the white sand and blue ocean. We lived this place and Vacasa reps were very responsive and helpful

Family vacation

Location! Location! We loved that our stay was only steps from the beach and the traffic was so minimal. The house was so beautiful and welcoming! Everyone loved the massive master shower! Overall, we enjoyed every second of 2025 spring break at Bahama Breeze!

Beautiful home, problems with communication

Had better. Had worse. The house itself is beautiful, was super clean, well decorated, inviting and stocked with essentials. Great location. I had a lot of difficulty reaching the host on multiple occasions. Emailed host twice before trip, called and texted her with no reply. Called the Miramar Beach office location upon arrival multiple times, no answer, Finally, found a contact number on vrbo/vacasa website and used that. Found out after the fact that the host no longer worked for the company but that information was never updated on my reservation. The air conditioner unit went out on our last two days there. It was beyond miserable hot! I called the new property manager and she got maintenance as well as a HVAC company out the same day. Was contacted by relocation team. Unfortunately, no other homes were available that were similar to the one we had. They offered us two 2 bedroom 2 bath condos. Ultimately, we chose to stay in the hot house as we valued our time together since we all live in different states and this was our only time together for the year. We asked to be refunded for two nights, but was refunded for one night and an ammenity fee, which we accepted. I wish I would have pushed for both nights as it was really uncomfortable sleeping with a box fan in the window, but that's my fault for not being more assertive. I asked for additional AC units, but none were available. So 2 of us went without air conditioning.

Mirimar Beach Family Trip

Our family loved our stay at this property in June 2024- there were 6 adults and one infant. There was plenty of room for all of us and SO close to beach. I think everyone enjoyed the pool in back w all the beach chairs just as much ! We liked the convenience to stores and restaurants and we had fun with the bikes and golf cart provided too. Would definitely rate this a 5 star - one of best vacations for sure :)

Amazing house and private pool right by the beach!!

We have been traveling to Florida over 20 years and renting different properties. This is one of the best places and locations that we've stayed at. The house is very big with a lot of privacy. Big driveway and big lot. The house has everything you need. The pool is plenty big to entertain several families. Everything is first class. We were surprised how close the house is to the beaches. Less than a minute walk. Vacasa was great to work with. We loved Bahama Breeze!! Can't wait to go back!!

Excellent!

Wow! What a find! We could not have asked for a better house! The location was absolutely amazing. Super quick walk to the beach and we always had a prime spot once we arrived. The golf cart was an amazing addition and we used it to go to nearby shops, restaurants and even the grocery store. The pool was big enough for our whole group and the heat feature was an added bonus. Would recommend adding some more lights out back for nighttime otherwise it was great. Communication with Vacasa was too notch. Highly recommend!!!! ⭐️⭐️

Beautiful Home in a great location!

We had an awesome time in this beautiful home. There were 6 adults and 3 children...plenty of room for everyone. The backyard was a great oasis with a large pool. The air was cool but that did not stop everyone from swimming in the heated pool. We were within a block of the Gulf. We rented chairs and umbrellas for the beach that were set up for us in the morning and taken down in the evening (such a great convenience)! The beach was close enough for us to go back to the house for lunch and when the grandbabies needed a nap. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a beach vacation.

Amazing Location

Location was absolutely amazing! The golf cart was a huge bonus as it could be driven to nearby shops and restaurants. Loved having the pool and the grill to end the day with.

Great memories at Bahamas Breeze!

Great home and great location! Stayed with family over July 4 week and had a ball!! The house had plenty of space and all the amenities need for a relaxing week. The pool was exceptional for the kids and the golf cart was a plus. Walked to the beach in minutes for the fireworks. Will return. Thank you for the memories!

The property is lovely! We enjoyed everything about this home: the pool, beds, master shower, comfy living room, kitchen, golf cart, bicycles, porch, balconies, distance to beach, etc. We would definitely book again!

Miramar beach

Location was amazing with the beach access, was perfect. Golf cart was handy when hauling supplies to the beach. Pool was a bit hit but we used it at the end of the day after being at the beach all day. Would like to see more towel hooks in each bedroom. No place to hang your towels up. Furnace vent in ceiling upstairs could be cleaned. Half bath vent makes alot of noise when running. Beautiful property and location. Thanks

Nice place and location- some deferred maintenance

We loved the location near the beach and the pool was key for overcast and windy days. Overall really nice and we would consider going back. The size was perfect for our family and we loved having. The golf cart and bikes. A few things that would have made this a 5 Star involve some easy maintenance and cleaning. One of the mattresses upstairs was in poor shape, the ceiling fans were struggling and some not working. The spindles up the staircase kept falling out. All TVs not working correctly and the dishwasher was in rough shape. When we arrived tubs were dirty and when we pulled the sheets to leave it appeared the mattress covered had not been washed in a while.

Beautiful Home

Location, location, location!! Very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping! Many places within walking distance or hopping on the golf cart was a plus for my family. Bahama Breeze was very comfortable from the living room couch to the king size bed and even the outside furniture! Enjoyed our stay😊
