Mere minutes from two hiking trails and 10 minutes to museum hill and downtown Santa Fe. There are four well appointed rooms. You will enjoy lounging after a day of activities in the living room with access to a fireplace or relaxing on the patio with a cool drink in hand. This beautiful home will feel like a getaway to remember with room for the whole family!

Very roomy and clean home; quiet and convenient location! We went for a girls trip and all 4 of enjoyed our own bedrooms. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and living room were spacious, and bathrooms were clean. The location was ideal - an easy 10 minute ride to downtown and Canyon Rd. We also took a trip to Taos, which was a lovely drive; and we went to Kasha Katuwe, a highlight of our trip! Tania was very responsive before and during our trip.

This mountain home in Santa Fe was the perfect location and accommodations for our sibling vacation. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allowed each of us to have a private space and the kitchen and living room made a great gathering space for the 6 of us and our pup. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed to spend half our dinners at the house . We utilized the outside gas grill and enjoyed the outdoor space as we could when weather permitted.The location was perfect for visiting all major sites and attractions in Santa Fe. The fenced yard was a plus and kept our pup safe while outdoors. The family room was large enough for his kennel so he could be with us while still in his safe space. We recommend this lovely home for anyone traveling to the area. Thanks for sharing this special place!

The house was perfectly set up inside and a great location for our visit. The yard, however, was neglected - needed general clean up and weeding etc. Patio furniture was nice but table had no chairs? We enjoyed sitting outside since the weather was lovely, but it would have been nicer if yard was cleaned up a little.

Booked this VRBO for a college wedding reunion! There were about 12 adults who were looking to share a communal VRBO while attending our friend's wedding. It was the PERFECT space for us. Clean, quiet, and with lots of space to spread out. Far enough away from the city lights that the stargazing was to die for. Fire pit was at the ready for s'mores-making. Recliners ensured that we'd have enough seating for a big movie/board game night! Tania gave us free reign in the kitchen-- which saved us a pretty penny! We were able to buy food and prepare it ourselves using all her cookware-- we never had to get takeout. I felt incredibly taken care of. I even forgot an item while packing, and the host has been gracious enough to get it back to me! Highly recommend.

The home was a perfect fit for a group of 5 adults. Plenty of beds, seating and space for us to relax and spend time together. It is a quiet respite, yet a quick drive to the plaza. The main floor bedroom does not have A/C. However, with the fan and open windows (cool nights), we were able to sleep comfortably. It is also important to note the en-suite in the primary bedroom does not have a door (so the toilet isn’t exactly private). There is also a “cutout” in the primary bedroom that overlooks the kitchen and sound does travel. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house for a large group.

We spent the first week of June at this beautiful property/home. It was a mini family reunion with both my brothers and their spouses and my cousin and her spouse. We all had such a wonderful time!The property is away from the hustle and bustle of Santa Fe nestled in a country like atmosphere. While the home is away from the busy parts of Santa Fe, NM, it’s still only about 10 minutes driving time to all the great sites, shopping and museums. We enjoyed the outdoor and indoor spaces so much. The 8 of us had plenty of room to congregate, cook, eat, talk, laugh and make new memories. The guys got in quite a few games of pool too! Hubby is very competitive:). Oh and the patio has a really nice propane fire feature! We took advantage of it every night we were there.The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. We all love to cook and other than my cousin bringing her Insta-Pot, we had everything we needed.I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for quiet, affordable, If we make our way back to Santa Fe, we would book this home again, hands down.

Beautiful home, amazing hosts

I and my siblings, their spouses and kids stayed at this beautiful home to participate in my niece's graduation from a nearby college. The house was beautiful and comfortable, with lots of space for everyone to hang out, both indoors and outdoors. We all enjoyed the pool table, and cooking in the large well-appointed kitchen. I also was so appreciative of the hosts' responsiveness to my sister's sensitivity to chemicals. When we first got there was some odor in the house that she couldn't tolerate - the hosts came right out and investigated, found the source of the odor (a box of Bounce fabric softener) and removed it - all with great kindness and respect. It meant that my sister didn't have to rent a separate space and we could all stay together during our stay - we so appreciated it! Five stars and much gratitude.

Beautiful, spacious home, secluded and perfect for a getaway.

House is beautiful, and spacious. Check in process was made very easy by the owner, and check out process was very clear and simple. House appeared very clean, and allowed for a great time as we took a trip with some friends. Owner was very nice, and wonderful with communication. She reached out to us in regards to some items that were left, and was even willing to mail them back to us. Overall I highly recommend this beautiful home to stay in.

We stayed 4 nights and skied three days. Excellent location: private, beautiful views, drive to ski is 35/40 minutes. Excellent sleeping arrangements. Kitchen is stocked and missing nothing. Complete with crock pot.

Great Santa Fe family weekend

The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Plenty of space and the living room is very cozy. Kitchen is well equipped also. We enjoyed the fire pit and sun room and it’s only 10 minutes to town. We had a great stay.

Pet and family perfect

What a great property with so much to offer. Close to the plaza (10 minutes) lots of privacy, fenced in for dogs - plenty of room to explore. Lots of room to accommodate a large family. Spacious and updated kitchen- nicely stocked. Plenty of seating outdoors with firepit. Beds were comfortable as well as seating in living area. All of the rooms have their own temperature controls which was nice. Will definitely stay again.

Such a comfortable home for a group

We booked this property for a group meetup of 5 creatives from all over the world. We really enjoyed the common living spaces and well-equipped kitchen for cooking and eating dinners in. The house was immaculate. We encountered a couple maintenance issues while we were there and Tania, the host, responded so quickly that I missed her initial messages inquiring about when a handyman could schedule the repairs! When I saw and responded to her meassages, the repairs were made the next day while we were out enjoying beautiful Santa Fe. Everyone was so gracious and helpful making our visit such a delight. Everything we wanted to do was located in close proximity and we visited a wonderful hiking trail system just 15 minutes from the house. The property is private and quiet while easy to access. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect for reunion of friends

This was a perfect place for a reunion of friends who traveled the country together 50 years ago. The home is spacious, well stocked and convenient to restaurants and stores. The outside seating space was lovely. We would definitely recommend this place for family and friend gatherings.

I hope this property is part of your wonderful story of life and travel. I love the location of this house. It is a true family home to make memories. The houses surrounding this area are all on around 5 acre lots so the feeling of seclusion can be enjoyed. The location is an easy drive to the plaza and surrounding areas. We have a few hiking trails nearby with the closest being around less than a mile away!
