Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the single-level home and its covered patio and yard.

Self check-in is available via a keypad smart lock for easy, flexible arrival.

Parking is available in the driveway for up to three vehicles, with two spots at the bottom of the driveway and one to the side; please back up slowly, as wheels can spin on the gravel. The garage can be made available to guests on request.



The Neighborhood:

Laguna Azul is in the quiet, high-desert Eldorado area south of Santa Fe, with wide mountain views and starry skies. Local grocery stores, restaurants, and shops are nearby, and downtown Santa Fe's galleries, museums, and historic Plaza are about 20 to 25 minutes away. The surrounding area is popular for hiking, biking, and scenic drives.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended to reach the home and explore Santa Fe and the surrounding high desert. Driveway parking for up to three vehicles is available on site, and the garage can be made available on request.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to book, and only registered guests are permitted.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property.

Up to two dogs are welcome, with a maximum weight of about 40 pounds each. Please do not allow dogs on the beds.

This home is not air-conditioned; the high-desert climate keeps it comfortable, and the home is warmed by radiant heating in cooler months.

Entry is via a keypad smart lock; the door does not lock automatically, so please lock it when you leave. A backup lockbox code is provided.

Parking is in the driveway (up to three vehicles); the garage can be made available on request.

Streaming services are available; please sign in with your own accounts.

Seasonal pool is available for guest use from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Guests planning to use the pool should note that it is not available outside of the seasonal operating period.

Gorgeous Home with Privacy and Views

My family and I had a great time here. Beautiful guest house with workout facility, basketball court and two car garage. High end finishes and plenty of space for a medium sized group. Terrific sunsets!

Alternative getaway for some secluded R&R

Nice place with master and 2nd bedroom with double beds. Sleeps 4 more or less. Secluded on a hill provides good spot for exploring Sante Fe area. Overall great time, but place could have some music options as well as a larger refrigerator (only a mini fridge) in the otherwise unused garage. Weight room is nice, but oddly has 3 ellipticals and only 25lb dumbbells along w cable machine.

Thank you for your comments. There are current music options in the unit. Guests have Roku on all TVs in Casita and the Studio that can access Pandora, Amazon Music, and Spotify if guests log into their accounts. In the Casita living room the TV is connected to surround speakers that can play music from Roku on TV or directly from guests Bluetooth device. The Stereo Amplifier has specific instructions posted on how to connect your own Bluetooth device. To make access/instructions clearer, we have printed additional instructions and placed them on each TV in Casita and Studio. A full-size fridge was on order and is now available in the connected garage. We look forward to impressing you in the future!

Exceptional!

We absolutely loved this house. The pictures don't do it justice. The finishes are gorgeous. Whoever decorated it has mad talent. It was classy, clean, quiet, warm (radiant floor heating), and extremely comfortable. It had an outdoor fireplace, full fitness center, private basketball court and easy access to hiking trails. Lots of nice little touches and a responsive property manager. We would recommend it to anyone. I would mention that there are 2 burners and a microwave but no stove which wasn't a problem for us but might take someone hoping to bake something by surprise. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
