Great Stay

The property was in a great location and provided everything we needed. Communication with the host was great and had quick response to allow us to check in early. I’d definitely stay there again.

They did not have a permit to be a VRBO. The sheriff had left notices on their door and also something was posted on the fridge. It was okay for the 3 nights we stayed but would recommend them to fix the issue before someone else gets kicked out.

It was an excellent place to stay. I wasn't sure when we got there, but when we went in, it was small, but comfy, very clean and cozy. The hall flooring was older, and a little squeaky, but everything else was good. The fenced-in back yard was amazing, we grilled out one night, and it was quiet and great. The kitchen had all the needed utensils, cookware, etc. that we needed. Bedrooms were perfect for two couples. I would book again.

Great place for a quick getaway!

The house was just as described! Plenty of space and very clean! The only issue we had while at the property was the bunk beds were a bit wobbly but it didn’t affect anything!

This VRBO stay was not portrayed like it was in the pictures. Floor was caving in in multiple places, unsafe stair condition leading up to front door, and bathroom toilet being wobbly. There were no instructions on check out and host was difficult to get in contact with through message. Sign was also posted on front door of VRBO saying we should not enter and that rental should be removed from VRBO website. I reached out to host and they said it was okay to enter.

Good stay and good rate

No issues. Communication was good. Had to bring down the thermostat some so all the rooms were cool. Uber average 10-13 minutes to get to the house then 10-12 minutes into downtown.

Not as described on website.

Broken window, stains on carpet, linens, and.towels, Cabinet door missing. Many of the blinds were broken. Many things unkept.

Meh

Highlights of the stay were that the neighborhood was quiet and the house was dry.Disclosure: I am a licenced home inspector by trade.- window in master bathroom had a broken pane of glass and the blinds were damaged- cookware was either dirty or aged (ended up buying a frying pan)- ants trekking around living room- delapidated brick/concrete stairs in fron yard- communication with property manager was less than consistent - refrigerator doors opened in wrong direction for optimal use- unsure if outlets in kitchen were GFCI protected and one of them is directly behind the sink- tub in master bath was very slipperyWasnt a horrible place overall, but I wouldnt choose this particular location as a future stay.

Quiet Home Near Downtown

This property is a very small ‘older’ home in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner provided all necessities needed (rare). The fenced backyard was large and nice. The only issue I had was that the trash can was not brought to the curb (animal made a mess). Life happens. I cleaned it up and took it to the curb and it was picked up next day. The showers and toilet are brand new and clean. The only issue is the porch bricks need fixed and outside needs TLC. This did not bother me. The yellow accents in living room are sweet; sofa comforting; tv large. I’d request suitcase stands in each room since there are no dressers. All in all, it was a nice place to stay.

Poor communication

The toilet in the master leaked I tried to message the seller but I got no response still I haven't received a response. We checked in got unpacked left to meet friends for fireworks and came back to the master bath being soaked in water l messaged them immediately on the 4th and no response. Also the floors were broken in the hallway I have pictures just not of the bathroom being soaked I was too worried about cleaning up but I can take screenshots of no communication about the issue
