New luxury townhome condo with open layout living space for up to 5 guests. Gourmet kitchen with oversized quartz island, high-end appliances and amenities, and workspace. Perfectly suited for business professionals and families visiting the DC area, or local residents wanting to try a luxury living experience. Centrally located in Fairfax County, minutes to Dulles International Airport (7 miles) and Washington D.C. (24 miles).
This is a split level townhome condominium, and only the top 2 levels are offered in this rental as pictured, representing 2,200 square feet of modern living space. Guests have a private entrance at the top of the steps leading to their living space, which feature the main living areas, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 and a half bathrooms. The owner occupies the bottom level.
The second level has a completely open layout, furnished throughout, including the full-size luxury kitchen with a large center quartz island, new energy efficient appliances and coffee station. Work from home at the business workstation including a monitor, printer and lockable filing cabinet. Entertain and watch television while comfortably lounging on the down feather Restoration Hardware Kensington Sofa, or enjoy quiet time on the small outdoor balcony.
On the third level, sleep easy in the overstuffed king-size Tuft and Needle mattress in the master bedroom, exercise on the Concept 2 rower, and enjoy a private master bathroom with a walk-in glass enclosed shower and double vanities. Also featuring 2 additional bedrooms with queen-size beds (3 bedrooms total), a full bathroom in the hallway, and a laundry room with onsite washer, dryer, and hypoallergenic detergent.

- Ultra high-speed wireless Internet from Verizon Fios.
- Large screen televisions on second and third levels with wi-fi ready apps, Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime and Disney+.

- Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and cafes.
- Extremely safe neighborhood.

The rower is not suitable for children under the age of 14 years. Adolescents should be monitored by an adult while using the rower. Toddlers and other younger children must be kept clear of the rower at all times.

- Absolutely no smoking indoors - $500 smoking fee.
- You must provide an accurate guest count.
- Commercial vehicles must be approved by management.

- No parties or events – undisclosed guests warrants immediate eviction or additional fees.
- Quiet time after 10pm.
- Lock and secure the property when going out.
- Use the supplied candles wisely - put out flames when going out and before bed time.
- Refer to the electronic guidebook provided after a confirmed stay for instructions on proper home use, placement of key items such as fire extinguishers, TV equipment, and areas of interest (restaurants, cafes, etc.) in proximity to property.
- Follow the instructions under the “departure” section of the electronic guidebook when checking out.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Please treat this home as if it were yours and leave the property as you found it. This home is for not events, conferences or groups that want to entertain large parties. We welcome quiet couples or families. If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken care of, there will be an extra fee of up to $500.
- Late Checkout: Unauthorized late check outs will result in additional fees, depending on the time of checkout. We clearly communicate our 10am checkout, and our cleaners’ schedule cannot be changed without penalty to us. If you fail to check out by 10am, unless otherwise agreed, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Staying past agreed checkout time is considered trespassing.
- Internet/cable: We provide you high speed Internet as a perk. Any misuse of the Internet, including illegal downloads and copyright infringements will be met with a penalty fine of $50 if discovered.
- Privacy and Safety: This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. We use these cameras to monitor during check in to verify accurate guest count, and review footage if there is an incident. The cameras are all outside.
This property is equipped with a smart fire alarm and carbon monoxide detector. Any detection of smoke will alert management by text message. Please check to make sure stove top and oven are turned off and candle flames put out before going out and bed time.
- Amenity Stock and Restock: We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 5 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish.
