Inside on the first floor the home has a gourmet eat in kitchen that seats 12 people, a large sun room with wide screen TV the all season sun-room with wicker furniture that has windows and doors that fully open up allowing the ocean breeze that blow from little Narraganset bay.

The basement offers a large entertainment room, full bathroom, with lounge area, full bar area, pool table, ping pong table, dart board and games along with a wide screen TV.

The upper floor[s] offer 2 master suites with King bed, two large closets, a fireplace, large master bath with a soaking tub and a custom shower.
