Steps to the beach, Private 5 Bed, 4.5 bath with Elevator and Pool.

Conveniently located private beach home with a private pool(heat available for fee), private elevator and beach access across the street. This home features 2 King suites, one on the first floor and the other on the second. The 3rd bedroom has a full bed with a private bathroom. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed and the 5th bedroom has 2 full beds. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a full bathroom that is located on the 2nd floor hallway. The half bathroom is located off the kitchen on the 1st floor, which is also where the washer and dryer are located.

Perfect for our large family. We had a great time. Everything was clean, mattresses were not worn out. Nice and firm. Elevator worked great!

This home was perfect for our family trip over Thanksgiving. It also worked well for one family member who was in a wheelchair. The host was excellent in every way. He was very responsive and we appreciate that very much. We highly recommend this home!

We stayed at Adam’s home for a guys yearly golf outing and the place was perfect for us. Plenty of room wilh comfortable amenities including pool, elevator, fully stocked kitchen, etc. Communication was on point and overall had a great experience

Pool

The -pool was unusable as it was dirty due to debrie from a grounded stump. Concrete around the pull is jaggered from tree roots, Grass was not cut and the lining pool very unsightly So we did not get the use of the pool which- was the key point for booking location. Rental needs a deep cleaning carpets, spider webs and dust on kitchen counter cups! Corners and crevices need dusting Ground floor elevator door is filthy

We had a great time staying at this house! It is a nice house with plenty of room for all of us. Even though we brought our own, they had beach chairs, beach towels, pool toys and floats available for our use. We enjoyed the location. We weren’t right in the craziness of Myrtle, but were close enough for if we wanted to go there, it wasn’t a far drive there. The host was very nice and good with communication. We will definitely add this on our list of places to stay.

The perfect beach vacation house!

The house has everything you need to have for a perfect vacation! Adam is very responsive with any questions you may have, and is an excellent host! With the house being only 100 yards or less from the beach it is as simple as loading up the wagon and going across the street.

FANTASTIC!

We LOVED our stay at "Resting Beach Face" - the house was perfect for our large family get together. Location, location, location....this was the perfect location for a relaxing beach vacation - our large family group could come and go to the beach, even my 87 year old mother in law was able to walk there each day! The house was great - well stocked kitchen which we really appreciated. Comfortable living area with games, and balcony and LOTS of window and light. We thought we would use the pool but we didn't - the outside area wasn't quite as nice as I imagined - but we didn't need it as the beach is steps away. We would all absolutely come back and I very much hope we will.

Getaway trip with my cousins

Everything was really clean when we there. Check in took a minute but other than that it was smooth. The house is bigger than we expected which was nice. Overall we really enjoyed staying here!

Really Nice Place! A little far from downtown Myrtle, which we found was a good thing.

We loved the house. We unfortunately didn't have the best weather while we were there but managed to enjoy ourselves inside the large house. It is about a 20 minute ride from downtown Myrtle, which is nice because it isn't as crazy over in Surfside. We'd consider staying there again for sure.

This is a beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing and a great way to end our year! Adam was very responsive from the day I booked. Looking forward to staying again! The elevator was a huge plus!!!

We bought our home in 2021 because of its location and for the 5 bedrooms. This property allowed our family of 7 to visit a great vacation spot with great access to the beach, restaurants, and golf.

The location of this property is close to local restaurants on Ocean Blvd, the Surfside pier and Garden City pier, and a local park for the kids to play.
