The pool features a baja-style tanning shelf and umbrella, perfect for the kids; warm up in the heated spa with a great view of the entire backyard. Your meals can be prepared on the natural gas barbecue. Enjoy the bar height seating with room for three on the built-in wet bar while the family chef grills away. Dinners can be enjoyed on the patio dining table with room for 16! If that was not enough fun, head over to the side-yard for an epic game of miniature golf with six holes to practice your putting on. On the opposite side of the yard, you will find a lounge area, a billiards table, darts, a large built-in trampoline, and two swing chairs to enjoy the view. Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

This vacation home opens up to a spacious great room with a gourmet kitchen. There is plenty of room in the great room to lounge in front of a 65-inch Jvc Smart television and natural gas fireplace in comfort under the remote-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for six. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as an LG french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for three. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located to the left of the entrance and features a King-sized Bed, Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper, 57-inch Sharp Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, his and her vanity sinks, and a makeup counter. Get a little workout using the Joroto cycling bike and weights located in the Master Suite 1 walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 is located to the right of the entry and features a King-sized Bed, 56-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet with access to the front courtyard. Shared, jack and jill bathroom features a shower and tub combo, and double vanity smart-sinks. Bedroom 3 is located to the left of Bedroom 3 and features a Full Over Full Bunk Bed, a Full-sized Sofa Sleeper, a 43-inch Samsung Smart television, a 43-inch Insignia Smart television, and a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a reach-in closet with access to the side patio. Shared, jack and jill bathroom features a shower and tub combo, and double vanity smart-sinks.

Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.
