Everything was great! I only have a couple of suggestions and those are the need for more than two washcloths and one hand towel. We definitely had an abundance of towels. Location was great and the house was wonderful.

It’s a really cute duplex. Very well decorated. Pretty clean as well. The neighbor next door came to apologize for his dogs possibly being noisy on day 1. However the dogs howled constantly through the day and our visit if we came back to the house to change or relax. Small dead lizard in bathroom and small back yard area if bring pets. Front lawn has nice green grass but does need cut.

Great location!

Easy access to restaurants, beaches, Nice neighborhood! House is clean and welcoming. Doesn’t include anythin such as coffee. Other than basics it's great!coffee,sug pep Needs and ST Augustine!

Great location!

Lovely, quiet neighborhood, and easily walkable into downtown St. Augustine. The host was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. We would definitely stay here again!

A great little place!

Firsr let me say that we live about an hour and a half away from S.t Augustine and visit often, always staying in a hotel if we're not day tripping. We chose this house specifically for it's proximity to the Bridge of Lions for our 4th of July getaway with the kids. If possible, I will always choose Here Comes the Sun from now on when we're with our kids. The house was so clean and perfect for our 2 day trip.

Thanksgiving Family vacation

I loved this property! The location is great and so convenient to everything! I loved the decor and it was great being able to have our little Pomeranian dog with us for this vacation! Dining at the Conch House which is within walking distance was great! We loved walking through the beautiful neighborhood to look at the sunset & sunrise!

This property was very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Communication was excellent and all questions were answered promptly and completely. The location was perfect; in an exceptional neighborhood close to everything, but far enough away to afford privacy and comfort. Would definitely rent this property again and certainly appreciated our stay!!

Very Clean!

We were looking for a quaint little stay in St. Augustine for the weekend and that’s exactly what we got. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and attractions and just a short drive to dt St. Aug. we enjoyed our stay in Here Comes The Sun!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. We went to four different beach and they were easy to get to. We were able to see the fireworks from downtown St. Augustine by walking a few houses down the street. The neighborhood is beautiful. We walked to dinner a few times.

Convenient location

Our stay was wonderful. Home was just right. Nicely decorated and very clean. Quiet neighborhood and easy walk to the water nearby and lovely views of the area. Over Lions Bridge into St Augustine was easily accessible. Would highly recommend this property to all coming to St Augustine.

Great place with pets

Our stay was clean & comfortable. Our pets loved the house and walks in the neighborhood. The backyard was fine and small with six foot fence which was great for letting our older pups out after dark. We will definitely stay here again if in town again!

Comfortable and Peaceful Stay

Definitely a comfortable, clean home with thought out special details, the neighborhood is quiet if you are looking for a peaceful stay. Historical St. Augustine, restaurants, and beaches minutes away. Property manager/owner was very attentive and diligently responsive to all needs or requests. I highly recommend this place.

Clean and very close to downtown

This was about a 20 minute walk to town, it was so clean and Noelle was available anytime we needed anything! Very quiet, comfortable little neighborhood. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, bathroom had clean towels and the TV had a Roku so we could watch movies.

I chose this area of the island b/c of its central access to downtown, the beach and amazing restaurants. The Conch House is my absolute favorite and is only an 8min walk up the street. Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy!

Inside this home you will find 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom and all the amenities you need! The house welcomes you with a comfy front patio which is great for lounging and has a great sense of privacy from the shielding landscape. You can also hang all of your beach attire to dry. The entrance to the home leads you to the living room, with a flat screen tv equipped with Roku and full sofa with a pull out sofa bed. This is the heart of the home. The living room flows nicely into the dining room that can comfortably seat 4. You have access to a delightful kitchen fully stocked with all the cookware you need. Down the hall are two guest bedrooms with comfy queen size beds. These two bedrooms share a full-size bathroom off the hallway with a full-size tub/shower.
The back yard is cozy and is great for sun bathing which is completely fenced in and amazing for your four legged family members to stretch their legs.
Make this home the ultimate space for you and family to unwind and explore the beauty of St. Augustine.
