The townhouse has a nice two-story layout, was clean, all of the appliances worked, and the kitchen amenities were extensive and well-stocked.The problem was with noisy neighbors. Both the permanent resident on one side of our unit and short-term renters on the other side had barking dogs that kept us awake until midnight most nights and sometimes woke us up very early in the morning (5:15 a.m.). The permanent resident next door also played music loudly during the day at times.This is not what we expected as we had received information from the owner before arriving that said “If we receive noise complaints from the neighbors, you will be asked to leave the townhouse, with no refunds. This is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy”. Obviously the noise restrictions conveyed to us do not apply to the neighboring units in the six-unit complex. The frequent loud and intrusive noise coming from the occupants on both sides spoiled our five-night trip to spend time with family and attend a celebration of life. While the owner of our unit tried to get the noise problem addressed they were ultimately unsuccessful, and as a result we cannot recommend this property.
