We are currently allowing pets and have a large, brand new, wood and chainlink, fully fenced backyard. This fence is separated with a smaller fence to accommodate separation of dogs if needed.
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Cottonwood. Minutes from Walmart and Frys for your extended vacation!
The mountain views in Cottonwood are breathtaking. Cottonwood is engulfed by mountains on every side. This property brings beauty and affordability into the Sedona area.

The open living space will allow conversations and entertainment to take place while you getaway from normal life.
The KING size bed with an AZ room getaway that leads to a deck for outdoor fun. Don't forget the baby- we have a CRIB and a HIGH CHAIR available for use. The master room also has a futon/sofa for more guests or to get away.
The guest room has a full bed under a top bunk AND a trundle bed underneath. Up to 4 people (weight limit) can sleep in this room.

This house is located in a family friendly neighborhood where neighbors are out and sometimes about. This is on a 1/4 acre non gated community.
Guest access
You will be able to access all parts of this property with a full non contact access. You will be given a 4 digit code to remember with answers to your questions from the owner through texting if desired. The owner is a teacher in Arizona, but will be available for quick answers. You will be given a code to enter at the FRONT door entrance. This code will get you in and be effective for your whole stay at this property.

We are parents, teachers, and eBay resellers. We live in Pinetop/Lakeside Arizona and use this house for vacations and short term renters.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We chose this property because of the excellent views and being close to everything. The backyard is perfect for our kids and dog to run around and play in this safe area. There is also a great school right down the street. Our neighborhood does NOT have power lines and gives an out of this world beauty.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
We are located on the top of a hill and can see the high school football field from our backyard. There are great views of the mountains and Sedona just from the mailbox! The family friendly neighborhood has breathtaking sunset views! Take a walk and enjoy!
