Right out the front door are the many breweries, restaurants and shops and the loft is only minutes from Canal Park, Bay Front and Park Point with easy access to the highway and the North Shore.
Superior St Loft has a sister-Michigan St Loft, they share a hallway and are nearly mirror layouts of one another

Love this place! It has everything we need in a great location. It is our second time staying in the loft. We think the only thing that would make it better would be more comfortable living room furniture.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and were very impressed! The property is spacious, tastefully designed, and has a unique charm. The Craft District in Duluth offers plenty of dining and shopping options just a short walk away, and you’re only about five minutes from both Downtown and Canal Park. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Parking bad. Apartment great.

You have to pay to park almost anywhere in Duluth. Know that ahead of time, and everything will be alright. The loft apartment is amazing - clean, spacious, and comfortable. OMC restaurant is overpriced. I recommend the smash burger place down the road.

Great Loft in West Duluth

This is by far the nicest placed we've stayed in Duluth and we visit often to see our kids. Large loft that felt like a real home with everything needed. We cooked and hosted Thanksgiving for 4 ppl and it was wonderful. Great location above Superior st and easy walk to many places.

Great location, Comfortable Stay!

My family and I booked this VRBO for a girl's weekend and it met all of our needs. The space was clean, uncluttered, relaxing and had great natural light and a comfortable bed. The bathroom is incredible and the full kitchen was perfect for our cooking needs!

Girls vacation

A Girls vacation hadn’t been to Duluth before I was just looking for pretty low-key easy getting around and wanted to see the sites in Duluth. Surrounding area there’s still a few unopened buildings and stuff, but it looks like they’re up-and-coming and it’s pretty artsy area. Very impressed. They had roadwork that would be my only complaint but the renters of the loft can’t do anything about that. There’s always work in town. The loft was everything they said it was, it was very nice. Hope to stay again sometime.

Great beginning to our vacation!

We loved the property and its location! We enjoyed restaurants and shopping in the area, and the loft was exactly what we expected - beautiful and clean. The only thing that would have made the home better was if the middle windows were French doors with a balcony - we would have loved to have been outside enjoying the neighborhood and cool breezes. Parking was easy once we figured out how the spaces were marked. We would definitely return!

Amazing Modern Loft

We were impressed with the property from the moment we stepped in. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings and modern amenities. The bathroom is huge with a deep freestanding tub and large shower. The living area has big windows that look out on the bustling street below. There is a cafe right across the street where we got breakfast. There are breweries within walking distance but we chose to walk two blocks down to Burger Paradox where we enjoyed unique cocktails and great burgers. We highly recommend this rental for both its comfort and convenience as well as its location.

Great place!

Very clean and spacious unit in a great area with restaurants etc. within a short walk. Strong wifi, nice washer/dryer with detergent supplied, kitchen has all necessary supplies like coffee filters, dishwasher tablets and so forth. Only suggestion we have is to have some kind of bedside/reading lamps next to bed.
