Located on the top floor, this spacious loft offers more room to spread out while maintaining the warm, industrial character Enger Lofts is known for. Two oversized windows flood the apartment with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout the day.

The comfortable sleeping area features a queen memory foam hybrid mattress, while the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.
Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring full-size appliances, quartz countertops, cookware, dishes, baking essentials, a coffee maker, and everything needed for longer stays. Enjoy meals at the dining counter before heading out to explore Duluth.

Guests enjoy private access to the entire loft with convenient self check-in using our new electronic smart lock system. Your unique access code will be provided before arrival and is changed after every stay for added security.
Two private parking lots are available for guests, along with complimentary street parking nearby.

Exterior entrances and interior common hallways are monitored by security cameras for the safety of our guests.
This property is dog-friendly. Up to two dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $75 per dog, plus an additional $75 per dog per week for extended stays. Dogs must remain leashed outdoors, kept off the furniture, and cleaned up after. Excessive barking and pet-related damages may result in additional charges.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. Detailed arrival instructions, including your personalized access code, will be sent prior to your stay.
