Gorgeous Paradise Getaway! You won't even know that your in a subdivision from the time you walk in the door. It is conveniently located to lots of great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, Lake Folsom, hiking & Biking, a big community center with skate park, and playground equipment.
1- Please provide ages of the children so that I can suggest age appropriate activities.
2- The pool is NOT fenced. However an alert can be installed on the back door for the safety of our mini-guests. or you can install the door handle covers on the door.
3- Hot tub heated; pool is not.

Thurs- Landscape maintenance

For stays more than 3 days, Plants will need to be watered. I will stop by to water some exterior plants, early in the mornings. You most likely will never even know I was there. I will let you know the day before.

THE Oasis

Wonderful place to stay. Kelly, (Great host)- was very responsive to all of our questions, and needs at any point in time. This was truly an Oasis. We came for the marathon, I hesitate to write this as it will attract more to this location, but I can't refrain from saying what a great place this was to stay: As advertised, and better. Thank you for a great stay.

Quiet Oasis but close to everything you need.

Beautiful property. Easy to get to. The backyard is stunning and makes you feel like you are on vacation The accommodations were good but could use a refresh on linens and mattresses. We are a little used yo five star so I can’t give this bedding high marks. It’s comfortable but could be improved. Plenty of towls and pillows. Kitchen is well equipped. I would stay again.

Family visit

The house served our needs but our impression was unfortunately tainted by a horrible check-in experience. After getting up before dawn to travel across the country with kids, and despite receiving communications that morning from the manager about how to access the house, we arrived to a house that had not been cleaned. As in, at all. There were piles of dirty towels and bed linens in every room. The manager apologized and said she mixed up the dates for the cleaners, and told us to go to dinner while they cleaned. We had already eaten though, so she told us to wait outside until they were done. So, my husband and myself and our two kids had to sit out back for three hours in 95 degree heat, after traveling for hours from the East Coast, while the cleaners frantically tried their best to clean at the last minute. We were not offered any sort of consolation and certainly not compensation despite not being able to access the property until hours after the terms of the contract indicated. The house itself was fine. The backyard is nice but we didn’t use the pool or hot tub. FYI-You have to text the manager when you want to use the hot tub and she turns it on and off remotely. The water dispenser and ice maker weren’t working.One of the bedrooms has no windows (it has a door to the outside), which my husband loved but I found a little disorienting.The mattress and pillows were comfy but the bed frame was really creaky. The location was great. Overall the house is a fine choice.

Great getaway from home

Kelly’s home is warm and family friendly. The backyard feels like you’re away at a resort. Kelly was easy and prompt in communicating.

Oasis for sure

We used this amazing property for a family reunion. Gorgeous interior and exterior felt like a resort. Everything we could possibly want. Property manager and team were great hosts. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook. Only downside is City code that prevents gatherings over 6 people.
