Step inside Vista Creek, where comfort meets California charm. You’re greeted by an airy family and dining room with a double-sided fireplace, creating a warm, open ambiance for gatherings. Just beyond lies the modern kitchen and a cheerful hangout area complete with a foosball table — ideal for family fun or casual evenings in.
Both the kitchen and primary suite open directly to the backyard, blending indoor and outdoor living. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, TV, and en suite bath for ultimate privacy. Two additional queen bedrooms offer cozy comfort for guests, complemented by a stylish second bathroom and a convenient laundry room.
Outside, your private backyard oasis awaits — a lush green lawn, free-form pool, and soothing hot tub, surrounded by sunshine and serenity. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, enjoying a BBQ on the patio, or gathering around the firepit under the stars, Vista Creek is the perfect Roseville escape for families and friends.
Guests will have full private access to the entire home and backyard oasis during their stay. Enjoy the family room, dining area, kitchen, and game space with foosball table, as well as all three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The laundry room is available for guest use, and both the kitchen and primary bedroom offer direct access to the pool, spa, and outdoor patio.
The pool, hot tub, lawn, and BBQ area are completely private — perfect for relaxing, dining, and soaking up the California sun. Parking is available on-site in the driveway and garage for your convenience.

Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and parties or events are not allowed.

No Parties / Unregistered Guests
Parties are strictly prohibited. A $1,000 violation fee will be charged for any party, plus additional cleaning fees as necessary.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Please refrain from any gatherings or outdoor noise after 10 PM in respect of our neighbors. A $500/night fee applies for violations.
Extra Guests
A $50/night per guest fee will apply for anyone not listed on the reservation. Please ensure your guest count is accurate and inform us if you plan to have visitors.
Check-In 4:00 PM. Please inform us of your approximate check-in and check-out times to help us coordinate with our cleaning team and future guests. If checking in after 10:00 PM, please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighbors.
Check-Out 11:00 AM. Late check-out incurs a fee of $100 per hour. Please notify us of your planned check-out time so we can inform our housekeepers. Before leaving, kindly do the following:
Wash any used dishes and start the dishwasher.
Start a load of towels (we’ll switch them to the dryer).
Take out the trash.
Leave the home in a generally clean and tidy condition.
Food Items: Please refrain from disposing of food in the garbage disposal.
Parking: Guests must park only in front of the rental home or in the garage. Avoid parking in front of neighbors’ homes to maintain good relations with the community.
Schlage Smart Lock: Wake the keypad (press any button or the Schlage button). Enter the code to unlock the door.
Smoking This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Dispose of cigarette or cannabis waste in the outdoor trash bins. Violating this rule will result in a $300 fee.
Candles: Candles are strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Please do not bring or light candles in the home.
Damage: We understand accidents happen. Please inform us promptly via Airbnb messaging if any damage occurs
Utilities To help manage costs, please turn off lights and lower the thermostat when leaving the house.
Garbage: Ensure garbage is sorted correctly and placed in bins by Tuesday evening. Recycle is sorted at the plant. Our service will handle bin placement and retrieval on Wednesday. Bins include:
Trash: smaller green bin
Yard waste/Compost: larger dark green bin. Do not place trash in the green waste bin, as it causes issues for our cleaning team.
Furniture: Please do not rearrange furniture, as this complicates cleaning and resetting the space.
Pets: Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $100 per pet (maximum of two pets unless you speak with us). Notify us if you plan to bring pets. Ensure pets are potty-trained, clean, and kept off furniture. Wipe their feet when they come in from outside. Close unused bedroom doors to prevent pet access. A $200 fee will apply for any animal waste left behind. We are not responsible for pet-related incidents. You are solely responsible for the health and safety of your pet.
Makeup/Towels Please refrain from using white towels to remove makeup. Use the provided make-up towels.
Stays Over 30 Days: For stays exceeding 30 days, professional cleaning is required every 30 days. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged for each session.
BBQ: Turn the gas valve on before use and off after use to prevent regulator damage. Clean the BBQ and replace the cover after use.
Landscaping: Landscapers and pool maintenance personnel may enter the backyard without prior notice.
Electronics: Do not unplug any devices, including lamps, routers, modems, or smart home equipment. Unplugging certain devices may disable the door lock or other essential features, potentially causing lockouts.
Items Left Behind: Do do not forget anything in the home. Unfortunately, we cannot package and ship things that are left behind.
