This updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a twin bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features an oversized private patio with views of the River Run Square ice rink/ mini-golf course and mountains. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool, hot tub, fitness room, and steam room.
The entryway offers mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV + DVD player above a beautiful stacked stone gas fireplace and cozy furnishings. Just off the living area is the oversized private patio. Take in the fresh mountain air and enjoy views of River Run Square. During the Summer months there is a mini golf course, and in the Winter months there is ice skating!
The updated full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four and there is one additional chair. The breakfast bar also has seating for three. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The primary suite features a king-sized bed, smart TV, desk, and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, granite countertops, and a shower/tub combination. There is also a water room for added privacy. The guest bedroom includes a twin bunk bed and a flat screen TV.
*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8 a day for parking starting November 1st, 2025*
**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.
*This property requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

This property is professionally managed for the owner by Summit County Mountain Retreats. We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
