Names of all guests will be needed to pre-order your passes. All passes must be ordered at least 2 weeks prior to your stay. Guests under age of 5 do not need passes to access amenities. This home is located within walking distance to the Freeman Stage, just a short drive to the beach, great restaurants and shopping! A gas grill is conveniently located next to the screened porch for use during your stay.

- Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within seven days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

- Parking notes: This property allows three vehicles to park in the driveway. One in the garage. Additional unmarked parking on the street where there are clam shells is on a first-come, first-served basis.
