900 ft from the Beach! Impeccable, All New (Interior and Furniture)

This Cape Home offers three (3) bedrooms and two (2) baths, central AC, and is dog-friendly (small – medium dogs only), and is just 900 feet to Parkers River Beach (Ocean Beach). This Cape Cod retreat features a great open living space, beautiful hardwood floors in the main living area with a large bow window providing gorgeous sunlight and ocean breezes. After a wonderful day at the beach, rinse off in the spacious outdoor shower, then enjoy grilling and some outdoor entertainment on the 12' x 24' expansive deck. Bonus space off the deck provides a great area to play or to enjoy a book.

This year-round home is terrific for any time of year. This home has all you could want for your private space. This home was newly remodeled in July 2022 and everything in this home is new! This quintessential home is available for you to create wonderful memories for many years to come any time of the year with your family and friends.

Beautiful house for a perfect getaway

Immaculate property, beautifully decorated, just a short walk from the beach. Equipped with everything you need! Everything about this place is just perfect!! We had a great time, and will definitely rent it again!

Highly recommend this house. Wonderful host, accommodating and communicative. Super clean, sweet smelling home, very nicely detailed. Location is near a beach, but situated to visit many points on interest.

Fantastic stay and host

We had the best time during our stay at the Cape! Incredibly well stocked and clean house. The house was fully stocked with spices and cooking equipment. The hosts even brought over a lobster pot and bowls for us when we asked if they had any! Would definitely stay again.

October Get-a-Way at the Beach

The house was immaculate and well apointed with ample room-both inside and out. Plenty of indoor and outdoor games for the kids (10 &12 yr olds) and a fenced yard for the dog. All within walking distance to the beach. It was perfect! PERECT The adults, the kids thevdog

Awesome Beach House Getaway!

Beach house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a week away on the Cape. The kitchen and bathrooms were extremely clean and had plenty of supplies. The outdoor spaces were great for family fun and entertainment. The location could not be beat and every day we took the very short walk to the beach (with an infant and toddler!!) Owner was in communication with us upon arrival and she was responsive throughout our time at the house. Overall, we had a fantastic family vacation!

Wonderful Vacation

This home is spectacular. The beach theme throughout the house truly made us feel the beach vacation vibe. We would definitely return. Although the weather wasn't the greatest, there were many activities/games provided that helped us spend quality family time together. Thank you for sharing this home with us.

Amazing stay in Cape Cod!

The stay at Brenda's home was amazing from start to finish. We had three adults, an 18-month-old, and a medium-sized dog. The house was stocked with absolutely EVERYTHING one would need for a fantastic stay. Both Brenda and her husband stopped by shortly after we arrived and were both so kind, accommodating, and friendly. The house was in immaculate condition, comfortable, and an easy walk to the beach. We have been coming to the Cape for years, and this by far was our favorite stay. I would absolutely recommend this home if you're looking for 10/10 on location, amenities, and comfort. We will most definitely be back next Summer! Thank you, Brenda!

Fantastic Cape Home!!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home! The house is beautiful and was very clean and well stocked. We had one adventurous morning when one of the smoke alarm batteries decided to die but Brenda was very responsive and immediately helpful. Those sorts of things can happen anytime to anyone but we really appreciated the quick response and the massive supply of batteries! :P The house is wonderfully walkable-close to the beach and conveniently located to a lot of other summer fun. We will absolutely be looking to stay here for our next Cape vacation.

We are from Massachusetts and spent our summers on Cape Cod (staying in hotels with families and at friends' homes) when we were in our formative years. We have since chosen to spend time on Cape Cod and we bought our first home in 2018 and now this home in 2022. We love the Bass River Neighborhood in South Yarmouth, because it is so close to great beaches, warm water, restaurants, incredible family activities, and great neighborhood for walks and bike rides.

We have created so many memories with our family and we want to share our home with you so you can now create long-lasting memories with your family and friends.

If you are traveling with a large group, please ask us about our other home (which is less than a half mile away). We would love to coordinate your stay for you.

Do you like the comforts of home? An immaculate home that has all the amenities you can think of? Do you like a modern coastal feel....then this is the home for you!

Cape Cod is a lush adventureland in the summer and a calming wonderland in the winter (we generally do not have a lot of snow). The best part about living in this climate is being able to watch mother nature work her magic in all four seasons. However, no matter how hot it gets in the summer a refreshing dip is never too far away.

This home is centrally located to the beach, restaurants and family activities. You cannot ask for a better neighborhood.

This home is 900 ft from the beach; this beach also has a small playground and live music on Monday evenings in the summer. Terrific neighborhood for walking and riding your bike. So close to everything!!!
