First visit to New York

I found this VRBO in Potsdam and found it very clean, good location within walking distance of town and restaurants. This is a college town and will be some weekend parties in houses around, but everything got quiet at a reasonable hour. Only complaint would be the bathroom is very tight, even for one person but these are older homes in Potsdam so kind of goes with ambiance. It was my first visit to Potsdam, taking my Grandson to Clarkson for second year. I would stay again.

Short weekend with brothers & mother visiting nearby family

Getting in was not an issue. It appears there may have been a power outage, as the tv was in demo mode, and needed to be set up. The wifi was not working initially. And there were no trash bags in any of the trash cans. It was all easily resolved with texts and calls to owner. My brother finally got the tv set up. Only thing I would have liked to see was a full size coffee pot option, and more outlets. I am not a fan of keuregs, and bring my own coffee & filters with me. We had to set the toaster on the top of the trash can to access an outlet, as the others were in use by keureg & my mini blender I travel with. Thank you.

Tracey, Thank you so much for Your review. I again apologize for the issues with the Wi-Fi and am so glad we were able to easily resolve the issues. We do have a full size coffee pot in the apartment, in one of the cupboards. But we will be sure to set it up on the counter for future guests, now that we know this is a needed accommodation that wasn’t easily accessible. We greatly appreciate your feedback and hope you will stay with us again!
