Spent a week in Beth's cozy place. Clean, well stocked and close enough to town to walk for morning coffee. Great communication. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent as always at Beth’s place!

We have stayed at Beth’s place on the river twice before and found it beautiful and comfortable. We tried the city location this time and, as always, it was comfortable and nicely appointed. Beth pays attention to all the details that made our stay perfect.

Lovely and convenient apartment

This was our first time in Potsdam and Beth’s place was the perfect home base. Everything was as described in the listing and made for a great stay. Clean, comfortable, and convenient — the apartment met all our needs. We would definitely book with Beth again!

As Advertised, Good Place to Stay

This was a very good place to stay while visiting Potsdam. The listing is very accurate. The pictures are very up to date and give you a good understanding of the rental. I visit the area a few times a year and I will certainly have this bookmarked for future visits. If you need a place to stay in Potsdam I would recommend Beth's Place III.

Lovely Stay

This cozy apartment was perfect for our weekend getaway in Potsdam. Two friends and I visited for an alumni weekend at Clarkson and found this to be the best place in town to stay! Much more space than a hotel and more convenient to downtown than most properties in the area. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the space and the professionalism of the hosts. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Potsdam!!

Great place to stay to watch hockey games! Good location to Main Street with restaurants and short drive to Potsdam University arena. House was cute and clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Thanks Beth and Jim!

Visit with our CU student

This is a very charming one bedroom first floor apartment boasting 10 foot ceilings. The kitchen is bright and well appointed. The bed is just right, not too soft and not too firm. Plenty of hooks to hang coats and personal items. We enjoyed being so close to campus and being able to walk to town.

Really awesome!

This property looks just like the photos! The renovation of this portion of this house is just amazing and perfect for our needs. So happy to have room to relax, spread out, make a pot of coffee and keep drinks and food cold. Highly recommend. Location is super convenient to town as well as SUNY Potsdam and Clarkson University. Vacation in Potsdam

My family and I just enjoyed our vacation time in this cute, cozy VRBO . These accommodations were quiet and well maintained; Beth is friendly and responsive . We found it was perfect location for us to take in a hockey game at Clarkson University while enjoying dining out as well as accessibility to the local grocery stores. The little charms of feeling at home with private laundry access along with board games, reading materials being offered. We are looking foward to checking out the other 2 properties under this host with Beth1 and II on the river in Potsdam NY next time.

This is a great property. Clean, well equipped, very comfortable and great location. Perfect for two adults or a family of 3-4. Though we did not cook our meals this time, the kitchen was well equipped. This is really an apartment that is one of multiple in a large house. With that said, we had no issues with the other tenants. The property is within walking distance of the downtown area, which had a couple of really good restaurants. Would highly recommend this property for either a short or long stay.

We had a great stay visiting our student at Clarkson. Beth’s Place is very convenient for the school, restaurants, and shopping. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and cook some nice meals. Highly recommend!

This apartment is spotless, had everything we needed and was super comfortable. It was also convenient to everything in town. Instructions and labels were very helpful. Will never stay in a hotel in Potsdam again!
