This bright and airy home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths (master bath is brand new), 2 zoned AC, ceiling fans in bedrooms and family room. All amenities included: dedicated work space, high speed Wi-Fi, 2 living rooms w/ smart TVs, dining for 8. Luxury linens and towels provided. Outside find off-street parking for 3+ cars, gas fire pit, BBQ grill and an outdoor shower tucked away within a private fenced yard. 4 Manasquan beach badges included.

Located East of Rt. 71, just 1 mile to the beach, this location is ideal! No highways to cross! Hop on your bike for a quick ride to the beach - no parking worries, no flood worries, and no loud neighbor worries!

After a relaxing day at the beach, stroll just 2 blocks to some of the best waterfront bars and restaurants at the Shore: Waypoint 622, Pig & Parrot, Shipwreck Grille, and La Mondina, to name a few. NOT A PARTY HOUSE . Must be 28 years old to rent. One dog permitted. NO CATS.

Perfect getaway

My girlfriends and I had such a wonderful stay in Brielle. The house is centrally located on a quiet street and a short drive to the beach. The house was beautiful decorated and very comfortable for all 8 of us! The beds were even super comfy! The backyard was also delightful! I highly recommend this property!

Great one level house in a charming neighborhood close to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at this newly decorated home with a king master, deck, firepit, 6 beach badges, chairs, umbrella and outside shower. Having all the rooms on one level was great for my elderly parents and the fenced in yard was private and inviting. Great indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out and close to town and beach. I biked to yoga, walked to the Inlet and ate at so many great places nearby. Manasquan is the best beach town in NJ! Highly recommend this property.

Summer Vacation at the Shore!

Our family's first time renting a house together at the beach and it was a great stay! The house was very clean and had enough space for everyone, including my dog and tenth month old niece. We were able to stay close to the house and had plenty of activities to occupy us while she napped. Spent most of our time in the spacious yard or walking over to the marina. The host was very responsive and made the process very easy!

Best Host Ever!!

The house is a ranch which made it easy for us. The fenced in backyard came in handy for my daughter's beagle! The location is wonderful!! It is near everything, stores,beaches,restaurants, and Point Pleasant boardwalk. The owner is an amazing host and ready to help in anyway possible. The house was stocked with anything one would need. It was a great 2 weeks of seeing friends and family. I'd go back in a heartbeat!

Great stay at a great house!

This is an older house that has been nicely renovated. It fills all our criteria for a great rental experience -- clean, well-stocked and conveniently located. The kitchen items, towels and linens all appear to be new, not worn out like in some rentals. Everything is clean and fresh. The fenced yard is delightful, with nice landscaping and a fire pit. I especially enjoyed my morning coffee lounging on the new patio furniture on the deck. There are nice restaurants in the neighborhood and the beach and boardwalk are just a short drive away. The neighborhood is well kept and enjoyable for walking (especially to the marina, which is just a block away). All in all a great experience.

Brielle Gem

This house checked all the boxes for my husband and I and is clearly a gem. The house is clean, spacious, airy, uplifting and centrally located. The backyard is fenced, private and beautiful and my 2 dogs loved running off leash. We had my brother and sister-in-law come over and had a great lunch at Waypoint 622 at the Marina, only 2 blocks away! and watched the fireworks display in the evening. We walked the boardwalk at Point Pleasant, visited Jenkinson's Aquarium and had dinner at Spano's and Mr. Shrimp. Most of all Suzanne is nice to deal with and responsive if you need anything. My husband and I will definitely stay here again and hope that will be possible next year. Thank you Suzanne for allowing us to enjoy our vacation in our home!

Lifesaver!

This property is absolutely beautiful. We had a small wedding with 3 couples coming from out of town - the ability to offer everyone a place to sleep (plus ourselves!) comfortably after a last-minute change was a huge help and took so much stress out of the day. The neighborhood is quiet and the host’s communication is prompt, kind, and helpful. I only wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the place! Thank you, Sue!

Lovely place in quiet neighborhood

Suzanne was quick to respond when we reached out with questions. Her place was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and the fenced in yard. It was great for the kids!

Weekend at the Beach!

The place was great, such a perfect house for our family. Kids enjoyed biking to the beach and it was easy to walk to the neighborhood restaurants! Lucky to find it as it just came on the market to rent. Thanks for a great trip
