Venga a disfrutar de sus vacaciones familiares en esta hermosa casa adosada situada frente a la playa y el paseo marítimo. Esta casa adosada de 5 dormitorios y 5 baños tiene todo lo que necesitas para unas vacaciones increíbles. Disfrute de todo lo que la playa tiene para ofrecer desde su puerta. A solo unos pasos del entretenimiento junto al mar, playa, restaurantes, tiendas y entretenimientos para los niños.
Acércate a esta lujosa comunidad cerrada y deja que comience tu oasis. Entra en el garaje para 2 autos y entra en el primer piso, donde encontrarás la lavandería, la entrada principal y la ducha de playa. ¿No tienes ganas de subir las escaleras? No se preocupe, tiene su propio ascensor personal que se detiene en cada piso. En el segundo piso encontrará una cocina grande y una sala de TV / familia. La habitación familiar tiene una gran cubierta frontal con asientos. Fuera de la cocina hay un balcón con vistas a la piscina climatizada y al jacuzzi.
El tercer piso tiene un dormitorio principal y un baño con una cubierta frontal con vistas a la playa. En la misma planta encontrará otro dormitorio grande con baño y balcón con vistas a la piscina.
Subiendo al cuarto piso encontrará 3 dormitorios, cada uno con su propio baño. Dos de las habitaciones tienen una terraza con vistas al océano y la otra un balcón con vistas a la piscina.
Tu propia terraza privada en la azotea está en el quinto piso. Disfrute de su café de la mañana viendo las olas rompiendo en la arena. Fuegos artificiales todos los miércoles por la noche! No hay necesidad de irse! Solo ve a la azotea, siéntate y disfruta!

An excellent property to experience the Jersey Shore

This property is exactly as advertised. It's in great shape, fit our family of 10 easily, is just off the Seaside hts boardwalk and the beach, and the hosts are accessible and responsive.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The condo had everything we needed and more. We have rented elsewhere for many years but this condo was outstanding in their amenities, especially sharp knives😀 I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a fun week at the Jersey Shore!

Seaside Heights Vacation Townhome

This townhome was fantastic, great size lots of room for everyone. The location was great, right across from the boardwalk, we loved people watching from the front deck. We could watch the fireworks from the roof top deck, great view. The owners Carmello & Danielle were the best, always available for any questions we had.

Wonderful place in Seaside Hts

Location was excellent, right across from boardwalk and beach. A little noisy at night, but trade off was worth it. Having the pool was key, especially when weather was hot and humid. Nice size living area and dining area so we could all get together and play games or watch tv. All rooms were nice. Felt more like house than condo. Tv has cable but no streaming so bring Roku or something if you want to watch Netflix. Owners were great, not nosy types but always responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Spot

Close to everything. We never needed our cars. Easy access to beach and boardwalk. Each bedroom had a full bathroom which was a big plus. The whole family loved it.

Great week in seaside Heights

What a great property! Conveniently located within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The property was very clean and the owners were wonderful throughout the week, checking in to ensure our needs were met, reminding us as to when the recyclables and trash needed to be put out and available at any time to answer our questions. The elevator was especially useful for my 86 year old Mom who wouldn’t have been able to come with us on vacation otherwise. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful, spacious beach townhome

This was a beautiful townhome with all the amenities. We had a family vacation with 11 people. It was very spacious and designed well with every bedroom having it's own bathroom. A great thing when there's a lot of you! It was also very clean which we don't always have when we rent, so that was greatly appreciated. Carmelo and Danielle were great hosts with tons of info about the property and the surrounding areas and even a checklist to help you when you leave. They checked up few times too which was great. We had a wonderful family vacation here.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home in gated community steps from the beach and boardwalk. Our multi generational family stayed here for a week in the middle of June. Having the elevator was a differentiator for my husband who has mobility limitations. The owners were wonderful, and were quick to answer all our questions and super organized! Just to give you an idea of how clean this house iis and how accommodating their owners are… my sister lost an earring and it was found and promptly mailed back to her. Parking for more than two cars can be challenging on the weekend but the owners shared secrets on how to get a good spot! It can be a little loud late into the night on weekends for those who choose the bedrooms with beach views but location cannot be beat for boardwalk and beach access. For those seeking to stay in Seaside Heights, I would highly recommend.

As advertised.....

We were looking for a family beach vacation for 7 adults ranging from 23 to 80 yrs old. On paper this location fit the bill. In reality, it far exceeded our expectations. The unit itself was clean, maintained, and in goid working order. The location is literally as close to the water as you can get and right in the middle of all the action. It is noisy at night, but the owners are very up front about it in the wright up. This unit comes equiped with plenty of beach chairs and beach accessories which was a big help packing. The roof top terrace was a major luxury that we were all able to enjoy due to the elevator. This is a great unit which we fully plan on renting in the future.

Beautiful home, close to everything

We had a family of 11 and really enjoyed our stay. House was beautiful, very clean and roomy. We were able to walk to everything which was great. Very short walk to boardwalk and beach. Check in process was great and property managers were very helpful and thorough. Elevator was great when bringing luggage up and down. Only downfalls was the pools hours are very limited and didn't open on two days because of "threat of rain". Also, Mexican Cantina is right across the street. Food was great but restaurant very loud with music playing until 12:00-1:00am. So pack earplugs! Would definitely be back and would recommend this property.

Location to boardwalk could not be better

The convenince to boardwalk and the condo pool was wonderful. Watching the fireworks on Wednesday night from the rooftop was fantastic. The house was spacious . The bedrooms were roomy and each bedroom had its own bath. We would love to rent here again.

Summer Fun

Beautiful, secure property! Our family comprised of 5 adults and 5 children. The closeness of the boardwalk and beach was just right and there were was so much for the kids to do which meant they were never bored. Just across the street was a restaurant/bar with live music everyday which the adults enjoyed. The most important item for me (Grammy with mobility issues) was the elevator which worked perfectly. For anyone who has trouble sleeping, I would suggest avoiding the 2 bedrooms that face the restaurants/bars as they are noisy until 2 a.m. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Perfect vacation with older children

The location of this townhouse is perfect. You walk just steps to the beach. And boardwalk. Our young adult children had a great time and were very entertained, that’s hard to accomplish on some vacations! Highly recommend this home!

Fabulous week!

Our family LOVED our stay here. We had 10 guests most of the week, 12 for a couple nights. Everyone was very comfortable, and no one wanted to leave when the week ended. Having beach gear to borrow was amazing! The location was great for walking to everything. We didn’t drive anywhere all week. Hope to be back at this house soon!

Excellent for families

My husband and I stayed here with our family. We needed to find a property that was manageable for someone with mobility issues. The elevator was perfect. The location can’t be beat. Ocean views and close to everything. You can walk to just about anywhere. There was more than enough room for the eight of us. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our vacation. We had a wonderful week and would 100% recommend this property.

Seaside Townhouse

The property was great. I had to find a handicap accessible property for my Mother in Law and my Mother. This property was 4 stories with a roof deck and both ladies were able to get to each level using the elevator. We also needed walk in showers and 3 of the bedrooms had those. My inlaws were able to cross the street with the wheelchair and go right up on the Boardwalk which was nice. Sunsets were beautiful from the roof deck and everyone was able to see them since the elevator went all the way up. My wife was most impressed with the cleanliness. The floors might have been the first time she let a beach house pass the sock and barefoot test, very clean! Carmelo and Danielle were very nice and checked in with us by text over the first few days to make sure everything was ok and see if we had any questions. Overall, this was one of the best places we have rented. If you have older adults the elevator is perfect, if you have younger adults the Boardwalk is right across the street along with the beach. It was a really nice week for all.

Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful experience renting this property. The house was gorgeous and clean and in a great location. I love that every bedroom has its own full bathroom. Antonio and his sister are friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would definitely rent here again.
