This spacious country home on 151 is the perfect getaway for your group, minutes away from local breweries/wineries. The home features a large kitchen and full bathrooms, including a oversized soaking tub. Fully stocked game room features: an 8ft Olhausen pool table, 9ft shuffleboard, foosball table, Pac-man and Mortal Kombat retro arcades, and a suite of board and card games.

Enjoy outdoor grilling, warm nights around the fire pit, and 2023 hot tub. High-speed fiber internet and smart TVs make it easy to stay connected.

15 min to national park, 20 min to Wintergreen, and 35 min to Charlottesville. This is the perfect spot for a weekend away or a longer stay, book your visit today!

The living room is spacious, with a 63" TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped with breakfast table and separate dining room. There are 4.5 bathrooms, including a soaking tub, perfect after a long day of exploring. On-site washer and dryer available for use.

The backyard area features a hot tub, grill, picnic table and fire pit. There is plenty of parking in the front of the house.

My home is right off 151, minutes from the town of wintergreen and all of the local wineries and breweries. You will be nestled in the woods, but there are seasonal views of mountains and fields nearby. Clear skies and quiet nights.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Jerry is truly a standout VRBO host. His home is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and in a fantastic location. From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive and attentive—when we noticed a few pool balls were missing, he immediately sent replacements without hesitation.The house was exceptionally well stocked: plenty of towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and more soap, coffee, and household staples than we’ve ever had at any VRBO before. It honestly felt like a home rather than a rental.Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. We were comfortable, well taken care of, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Jerry and his property—we would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time during our stay. House was very clean and communication with Jerry was great. We had a big snow storm during our stay and he even arranged for someone to clean the snow off on the driveway and decks.

Thankful for our Thanksgiving Home away from Home!

Oasis 151 met and exceeded our expectations! The outdoor lighting made it easy to access the driveway at night and had great ambiance! What a Fabulous Kitchen which made preparing Thanksgiving Dinner to combine with Extended family’s fixings in the area!! The beds were comfortable and have the half bath made all the difference for four people! Of it had been available for our December return dates we would have rebooked! I highly recommend!

My wife and I enjoyed the quiet and convenient location right off 151. There are a lot of great local wineries and breweries within 15 minutes of the home. The house is spacious and well maintained. We were thrilled with the hot tub, it was ready when we arrived and worked great!

Inviting, cozy and restful!

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more! Jerry's home was SO clean and cozy with every amenity you could imagine. Vrbo glitched and charged me twice but Jerry promptly refunded the full amount of the double booking long before our check in day. The hot tub was glorious.. a great way to end the day pre-set at the perfect temp. I highly recommend this property and host for a worry-free, relaxing get-away! Thank you, Jerry!

When we arrived at this house, we found the entire deck and porch had been removed and workmen were trying to put in some steps so we could enter. Jerry was quick to respond to my message and did give us a partial refund for the inconvenience but disappointing that we couldn't use outside grill and fire pit. House was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful house!

Wow! That’s what I said as soon as I walked in the front door. Jerry’s house is gorgeous! The space is wonderful and clean. It was just me staying there and I felt like a queen. But it is big enough for family and friends. Jerry was super communicative and even checked on me halfway through my stay to make sure I had everything I needed. Really nice place close to UVA

We were on a college tour and needed a place central to a few of the schools we were touring. The place we had booked got cancelled at the last minute and I scrambled to find a replacement. Jerry totally came through and responded quickly to me (on Easter!) and we were able to book the house and arrive the next day. The house was comfortable and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay

Gorgeous property

I planned a hiking trip with a friend and our kids in the fall and this was the perfect location. It is much more spacious and beautiful than the picture show. Very close to Devils backbone, and a Dollar General a couple miles away in case you forget anything.

Perfect weekend!

The house was very comfortable and had plenty of room. There were 7 of us staying there and we never felt cramped. The updated decor made it feel like home. It is pretty remote, but the grocery store down the road had everything that we needed. Easy jaunt to Wintergreen Resort and a beautiful scenic drive into Charlottesville. Everyone enjoyed their stay!

I love the mountains and I chose this home due to its convenient location to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Nelson county is a perfect getaway with a great local community. The area is a hidden gem with lots to do, is not too overcrowded with tourists, and in the perfect setting away from the city.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

My favorite part about this home is the large windows in each room. It feels super spacious. For about half the year, you can wake up to beautiful mountains from three sides of the house. The kitchen has lots of surface area and I updated it with a butcher block counter that I built myself!
