Esta casa de vacaciones es una exclusiva casa frente al mar de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños. Cuenta con un derecho ubicación única en la desembocadura del la bahía, que permite que para las vistas espectaculares y la pesca del primero ministro. Usted encontrará hermosa decoración costera upscale y el mobiliario en este casa frente al mar incluyendo suelos de madera de lo largo de, las tapas contrarias granito, y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. También cuenta con TV por cable y WiFi. El casa tiene 2 rey camas sobre la planta principal y en el segundo piso allí es un dormitorio de la reina, así como un sala de literas con una cama queen y dos camas literas de pleno derecho. Hay un balcón muy espaciosa, que ofrece vistas a la bahía y es grande para sipping tu café de la mañana o viendo la puestas de sol fabulosos en la noche. Hay un muelle de pesca iluminado privado el cual tiene gran pesca y una rampa para botes si de que deseas lanzar su barco. Wonderful family time by the water.

We had a great time at this house. Fantastic location on the water. Relaxing stay and so easy to fish each day. The house was very well stocked and organized with everything we needed. Would love to stay here again soon.

Great Home

This house does not disappoint! The house is as described as being upscale. We had a party of eight and there was plenty of room, you could do two more people and still have plenty of room. We talked to the owners who both were very friendly and told us to contact them if we needed anything. You have your privacy at this home as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with what you need and with with plenty of seating. All of the bedrooms were very nice and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the fishing, didn't catch any big one's, but some interesting one's we didn't recognize. We saw dolphins which was my favorite part. We tried out the community pool and it is was awesome maybe a 10 minute drive. The information we received when renting this house was they had a charcoal grill, however it was a gas grill. No biggie just don't waste your money on charcoal and lighter fluid. We will definitely go back to this home again.

Amazing home!!

This home was absolutely beautiful! We all instantly fell in love!! The house was super clean, and the view of the bay from the living room/kitchen was amazing! The owner came over to introduce himself to us as soon as we made it to the home. He was super nice, and we would get a quick response if we msgd them for any questions! This is definitely a home I would LOVE to come back to!

Relaxation

Throughly enjoyed this location. We all live busy lives so taking the time to relax and gaze at the ocean was extremely nice. While there was much fishing there were not many fish to be had. This might have been due to the dolphins that we saw in the area. Dolphins!! The owners were very nice and came introduce themselves when we got there and made sure we had all the information we needed. I would definitely recommend this location for a nice relaxing getaway.

Best Rental and Hosts EVER!

I've had the opportunity to VRBO dozens of homes in Rockport. This home was easily the nicest, cleanest, roomiest and best equipped on the channel/waters of Copano Bay. The channels to Salt lake make this a perfect spot for docking your boat as well as some awesome pier fishing. Ricky and Paula (owners/hosts) could not be nicer! RENT THIS PLACE. Holds a large group comfortably.

Thanksgiving Connection!!

Perfect Getaway for Family and Friends During the Holidays!

Great home for fishing and relaxing

Home will not disappoint. Home matches VRBO pictures. Great location for fishing right off dock. Will come back again. Only noted improvement would be to have TVs in all bedrooms. There is a TV in living room and master bedroom.

My September week

My stay at the property was excellent. The location of the property is great, shopping and grocery store less than 10 minutes away. The property has an excellent view of the bay with the ability to see dolphins as they come into the canal. The property has everything you need to have a rrelaxing stay.

Our 2nd stay at this lovely property

We had another great time at this wonderful home. It’s clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The sunsets here are amazing. We love to sit out on the balcony and watch the sun dip into Copano Bay every evening. The fish were really biting (and so were the mosquitos so bring plenty of repellent!). We love this location, just about a ten minute drive into Rockport for groceries and supplies. The owners are great, very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will be back! I didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful house but had a long list of to-do’s

Checking in was a breeze and the house was beautiful but the only negative that I have to mention is that the house came with a list of to-do’s before we check out. This list was long and it came with the normal things and chores that was pretty much to clean the whole house prior to us leaving. A couple of my family members was at the house when the owner came by and said that if there is a piece of paper on the ground when we leave we will be charged extra. Like really?! I really didn’t like that part of the trip/house. But other than that the house was good.

Great Vacation Home for Families

Beautifully decorated, amply supplied with all necessities, and very clean home in a tranquil neighborhood. Great hosts who quickly took care of some minor concerns. We loved the proximity of this home to the water as our family, especially our granddaughter, thoroughly enjoyed catching sight of a dolphin family on several occasions. Loved the relaxing patio and outdoor dock where our son, grandson and granddaughter enjoyed doing some fishing. Adding fans in the patio and back porch might be good additions. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay in this beautiful home.

Really nice house with a perfect fishing dock. We go to Rockport to fish. The house is perfect for a family of 10. Great kitchen and outside space. Very nice and accommodating host available . Would most definitely go again.

Marvelous

The home was extremely pleasant upon arrival. The house itself is well set up, even for our larger group which included 4 kids. It's spacious and nice with excellent finishes. The owners themselves are extremely nice and helpful, we even got fishing tips and resturant suggestions. They were also able to accommodate us not only bringing our boat, but my father in laws as well. The location bay wise is excellent for getting in and our on our boat as well as not being too far out of Rockport/Fulton to make beach and town trips easy. Over all we truely loved the house and will gladly rent from the owners again in the future.

Rockport, Texas is a special place to us. It is so relaxing and peaceful but also a great place to gather with your family and group and enjoy the gorgeous water views. This home is professionally managed and maintained to the highest level of cleanliness, including following CDC cleaning guidelines due to Covid-19. Any issues you may encounter during your stay will receive immediate attention. We are extremely proud and happy that all of our guests tell us our homes are much better in person and we happily rent to many families and groups over and over again.

Great fishing either off our dock or from your boat or kayak. Fishing Lights and Private Boat Ramp provided. Kids love it here. Kayaking, swimming, crabbing, tubing, boating, skiing, and much more. Close to the beautiful Rockport Beach and Acquatic Park. This home is professionally managed by the homeowners who live in Rockport and take exceptional care of the property.
