Beautiful home and 3 level bunkhouse that sleeps 24 total! 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home with large two well dock. Room for two jet skis to be stored on dock as well. Empty well in the dock to house your boat. And a beautiful bunkhouse that accommodates 18 additional guests! This newly built bunkhouse has 5 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms that are uniquely decorated for a private getawayfor guests to stay. Outdoor kitchen and relaxing patio space with beautiful fire pit area on the point where you can take in ultimate view of the lake. Dock is fully equipped with relaxing areas and sun circle to enjoy the water! Outdoor refrigeration in areas for guests convenience. Make sure to checkout the video as it will give you details you need! Located at 1 mm of Gravois Arm its close to many great bars and restaurants!

The host responded quickly when we needed something. The property is really, really nice. It is also EXTREMELY well stocked. A LOT of extras and niceties. The dock : WOW!! It is spectacular. The water in the cove was calm. The parking is a tad limited, but we had 9 cars, so that might have been an "us" problem. Also, parking challenges are common on lake roads. I would definitely recommend the property and had people in our group say it was their favorite one we've stayed at.

This property would be rated AAA if there were such a thing. It is very impressive, has ALL the amenities you could ever think of and the attention to detail is outstanding! I cannot say enough superlatives to rate it. The bunkhouse is thee most darling 7 bedroom space ever. Besides the dock and dock amenities (refrigerator and freezer and all the water inflatables, the sun circles), the outdoor kitchen and the 3 grills - we loved the Blackstone griddle, the fire pit, the outdoor seating, the parking, the hot tub etc, the host was available almost immediately. We loved our 15th family vacation more than any other due to this outstanding property. WOW!

This was the perfect place for our annual college reunion. Clean, comfortable and near plenty of restaurants and "watering holes". We spent hours on the dock, in the water and lounging in the large, open but cozy kitchen/dining/living area. Highly recommended!

Very nice! The place has everything you would need for a wonderful time on the lake. The dock was amazing. The teenagers loved the bunk house. All the amenities were top notch. The outdoor kitchen was great.

Best possible experience!

The house is fantastically setup for large family gatherings. The bunk house let the kids all stay and play together without having to worry about bothering the adults at night. There are so many separate places to sit and hangout with groups. We had a large group and were all able to find places to have quiet conversations without leaving the property. The outdoor kitchen and boat dock are phenomenal. Both are completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved being able to use a grill griddle for cooking and have everyone sit together on the patio. The kids had a blast playing in the water and we had a great time watching them right next to them from the dock. We loved it so much we are already planning to come back again next year.

We stayed here for our annual friends trip and had such a great time! The house was amazing, plenty of room, the ice machine was a great surprise. There are too many positive things to say about this place, we will be back!

Excellent House and Host!

We stayed here for a family reunion and we will definitely be coming back! Exactly as you see it in the pictures. I have stayed at a lot of homes and this by far was the best! It was fully stocked with more amenities that you could imagine and the host was amazing too. Thank you for opening your home to us and helping make lasting memories.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!!

This property, hands down, is THE BEST rental property I’ve ever stayed in. The attention to detail is impeccable. The owners have made every effort to make your stay seamless and enjoyable. You can leave everything at home and just bring yourselves to this one. The kitchen is well appointed with high end appliances and every cooking utensil and spice you could ever imagine. Every bathroom is stocked with travel sized toiletries for your use including toothbrushes, shaving cream and makeup wipes. We had a lot of fun hanging out at the dock paddle boarding and fishing. The fire pit was a huge hit, with plenty of room for your entire group. The bunk house worked perfect for our teenagers and whoever decorated this place went above and beyond and thought of everything. We are already planning our next stay here. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Best stay we've ever experienced

I cannot recommend this host & stay enough. Easily the nicest, most accommodating stay we have experienced. The host is as nice as they come & was available at a moment's notice for small questions we had. She even checked in with us multiple times throughout the weekend to ensure our stay was going smoothly. The decor & furnishings make you feel at-home & relaxed. From the massive dock with plenty of floatables, to the cozy fire pit, martini deck, back deck with gas fire pit, shed/grilling station.. this place has it all. If you're looking to bring a small or large party down to the Ozarks, look no further!

Beautiful House on the Lake

The property was magnificent! The house & bbq area had everything we needed for our stay. Dock was a great place to hang out & lay in sun 🌞 grand daughter even tried fishing 🎣 try the fire 🔥 pit for a great place for s’mores. House has a Hot tub a new bunk house that is amazing & the property is on a quiet private street. The host Dianna was great 👍 You will love this place

Best Girls Trip

Such an incredible place to stay for a long weekend with some girlfriends. The home is beautiful and had everything we could possibly need for the weekend. Dianna was very responsive to any questions that came up during our stay. It was great to be in a location close to a grocery store and several restaurants. We chose to not rent a boat during our stay so a quick 3 min drive to Tap & grill for a little fun was ideal. Huge fan of the outdoor spaces! The dock everything we needed to float around in the sun. No need to pack our own which was a huge help. Can’t wait to go back again!
