Convenient parking and an elevator make arriving a breeze. Heated pool right downstairs! Full kitchen stocked with necessities, 2 bed 2 bath and sleeper sofa to accommodate a total of 6 comfortably. Also included are beach chairs, beach towels, a beach cart, an umbrella, lounge chairs, and floaties with a pump for a day at the beach. Located in desirable Madeira Beach, Florida, and walking distance to John's Pass Boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, parasailing, boating, jet ski rentals, bike rentals, & more.

We loved staying here! Kerri was an amazing host and the place did not feel like a sterile rental. It had a very homie feel. Communication with Kerri was easy and quick. The location is amazing and so close to the beach. Would recommend not only this rental or any of Kerri's properties.

Peacefully Relaxing Vacation

The views of the ocean and canal, when you look out the windows, are beautiful! It is decorated in a lovely way, and all basic necessities are provided. There are beach chairs and items for the pool/ocean. The pool is great too! Kerri, the host, goes above & beyond as she is thoughtfully detailed of items that may help for a great stay! She is responsive with any questions you may have. This condo is a welcoming place to be and a tough place to leave! We truly enjoyed our vacation! Thank you, Kerri, for all your work & time to help families create memories that will last for years!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Very nice condo with everything you need. Good location as the beach is across the street and several eateries nearby. Host is very attentive with the needs of guests. Had a wonderful weekend.

Unexpected Gem

This condo had everything we needed. Although we didn't do much cooking, we looked through the kitchen & found it had all the basic utensils & pans to make meals. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels. The in unit washer & dryer was a definite plus! The pool area & pool were clean. A pleasant surprise was found when opening a bedroom closet that was stocked with beach chairs, wagon, coolers, & extra beach towels. This owner has thought of everything you need when staying near the beach. This will definitely be at the top.of our list when planning our next trip to the Madeira Beach area.

Great stay! Convenient to beach access!

My family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 child). stayed for 5 nights at this property. It was the perfect size for our family. Everything was clean and the kitchen had all the necessities. The public beach access is directly across the street which was very convenient. It took us exactly 14 minutes to walk to John’s Pass. The cafe/restaurant right below the condo was perfect for coffee or breakfast. We came and went throughout the day and didn’t have any issues with parking. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great Christmas break

We stayed here 12/28-12/31 for a short getaway. Our primary purpose was to rest and relax to get ready for winter calving at our farm and wrestling season for my son. This condo was perfect for that. The whole Madeira beach area is recovering quickly and John’s pass was actually a little busy on 12/30. They have a ways to go, but I think it is coming along. Back to the condo, the area is near perfect for a beach vacation. You can be at John’s Pass by foot easily, and most other areas with a short transfer. We did not rent a car. The condo is exactly as the pictures state. It’s laid out very well. I soul see not hesitate to book again.

Last minute beach getaway

The unit was just as pictured. Parked the car and never got back in until checkout. Walked to restaurants, shops, bars. Beach access was perfect-right across the street. Unit was stocked with beach wagon, chairs, coolers. The gas grill downstairs came in handy as well on the night we just wanted to stay in and have burgers and hotdogs. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Condo was close to the beach, had everything you need without having to buy extras, was so clean & host was attentive to any messages we sent with questions. Would definitely recommend to friends & family.

Clean & Convenient

This is a super clean, well stocked Condo located on the 3rd floor of the Skyline building, which is literally across the street from, with very easy access to, the beach. Very responsive owner, who let us go in a little early to check out kitchen supplies.... which I am glad we did because there was coffee, coffee filters, dish soap, laundry soap, and several other things we would otherwise have bought. Bathrooms are well stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner and plenty of bath and beach towels. Beach chairs and body boards are available too. The building is a stone's throw away from Caddies Madeira Beach, and walkable to The Reef, Dockside Dave's, and Coastal Taco - and since these have challenging parking situations, it is worth the walk!! Speaking of PARKING. The dedicated parking can be a bit challenging at certain times of the day; a couple of new businesses downstairs has not improved the situation as the building is on a corner with NO street parking (and two thriving little eateries: Sweet Brewnette, and Mad Beach Poke Bowls). The two times (over a 5-day period) we were frustrated with no parking availability (one time with five cars all waiting for space), the wait was not too long. The situation is unfortunate because the businesses keep the building safer and cleaner, but also takes away from those paying a fairly high vacation rental charge. The building also has a clean swimming pool (kept VERY/TOO warm), and a deck/dock with a BBQ grill.

Great location in sunny Madeira Beach

The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a great getaway in the sun. The coffee shop downstairs was convenient and had great drinks and food. Several great restaurants were in walking distance as was the beautiful Gulf Coast!

Quiet, Clean, Great Views & Beach across the street!

Have stayed here a couple of times now - More than you can ask for in a rental! Decorated well, plenty of towels and kitchen dishes. Pool is very clean and warm! If you are taking a second guess on staying here - DON'T! Its also less than a block from the Candy Kitchen (ice cream) and breakfast/coffee restaurant on-site!

Madeira Beach condo - steps away from the beach

The location was perfect for walking to the beach, then to go down the coastline to John's Pass, which was about one mile of clean beach front. The host was proactive and checked in after a day to make sure everything was good. The condo was well equipped and clean. It was just my wife and myself, so the second bedroom was not used. Plenty of space to have 4 people stay.

Absolutely perfect!

In far too many instances, properties or amenities tend to over promise and under deliver, yet this property by far exceeded every expectation we had upon arrival for a 5 day stay in Tampa. Beach access was easy and convenient, the location was perfect, and it was clear that our host / hostess was extremely thoughtful in equipping our unit with everything from towels, beach chairs, bottled water, toiletries, and even a basket of delicious snacks. We felt extremely welcome and would not hesitate to book this property again next year. Thank you so much, Kerri! We had a lovely time.

Bright and airy, steps from the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this super cute and well appointed beach house. The view from the balcony patio was amazing in the evening, and we just loved sitting at the hightop dining room table and watching the waves in the mornings. The cupboards and bathrooms were so well appointed in case you forget anything from home. Great communication from the owner. Lots to do on foot in the neighborhood. Got in the ocean every single day we were there. The closet full of beach, toys, chairs and umbrella were appreciated. Would definitely rent here again.
