Get away from it all at this direct beach front 3-bedroom, 2 bath unit at Las Brisas Condos in sunny Madeira Beach. Large living area with flat screen TV, large reclining couch, recliner, double private balcony, amazing sunsets and ample seating. Well stocked newer kitchen. Includes ONE covered parking spot. Speedy Wi-Fi throughout. Master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bath and balcony access. 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, ensuite bath and sleeps 4. Additional guest bedroom has two single beds. Unit sleeps 8 total. Every bedroom has a smart TV. Las Brisas is located on a charming stretch of Madeira Beach yet close to all attractions: bars, restaurants and John’s Pass. Beautiful, large pool adjacent to the ocean with ocean views and private bathrooms. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place. Please note: Las Brisas is a no pet facility. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the condo.

Very close walk to the water. Pool was clean and love that they have restrooms so close to the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location with gorgeous views! The host had excellent communication from start to finish, and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. It had the perfect amount of supplies, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, with amazing views and easy access to restaurants and local attractions.The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the entire place felt welcoming and well maintained. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process simple and stress-free.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. GREAT view! Easy access to the beach! Had some beach chairs and beach toys in the closet that were helpful to have since we flew in and couldn't bring these items. We had no issues during our stay.

My family and I stayed at this property for spring break and it was just perfect for the four of us. It was convenient to restaurants shopping and of course the view of the ocean was amazing. I highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Beautiful, perfect location for a beach vacation. Plenty of space for the six of us and we enjoyed the deck and view of the ocean, sunsets and dolphins. Owner was extremely quick to respond and flexible on arrival time. Would highly recommend!

This was the perfect for an on the beach get away! The property is located near great little local restaurants, was fully stocked to stay in and cook in, had an onsite pool and a grill outside for the property guests to share, was on the beach and there was a beach chair rental option right in front! Parking space for easy in and out access! Would definitely return!

The property is spacious and well equipped. We did buy a couple of extra beach chairs and left them for others. The view is amazing and we love this area of Florida. The property was very clean, although just a bit dated. The beds were quite comfortable though. We had a great trip and the owners were very responsive when we had a couple of questions!

Our host was exceptional and the accommodations were very nice. A small problem came up and was handled fast and professionally. Host immediately answered every question and even went out of there way to leave a shower chair for my wife. Thanks for a great stay, great accommodations, and all the memories made.

Host was welcoming, location was great. The unit could use some attention in regards to upgraded towels, linens, shower curtain, pillows and bedding. There was no soap or toilet paper upon arrival and the elevator was broken. It stopped at floor 3 going up and down every time making wait times long. The cleaning crew did a sub par job prior to our arrival as well. We even found balled up blankets and sheets in the closet off the front bedroom.

We spent 6 days in early February in Jennifer's condo with 4 adults, one 4-year-old and one 1-year-old baby. Right from the start I felt at ease communicating with Jennifer, she responded to all my questions literally in minutes. The apartment is exactly as described, no surprises here. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with loads of dishes, pots and pans. We even found basics like salt, pepper, oil etc. in the pantry. The bedrooms are spacious with the master bedroom facing the beach. You can literally watch the sunsets from your bed. Traveling with kids we brought sand toys in our luggage which we added to the collection we found in the condo. We also left a highchair for future family travelers. We used the provided pack and play with the baby. Luckily, I had packed a fitted sheet which would be a good addition for future guests with a baby. There were plenty of beach towels and sun chairs. The location of Las Brisas is fantastic. So easy to just take the elevator down and you're right on the beautiful white sandy beach. The building itself looks and feels a little dated, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay in Jennifer's condo again.

This property was perfect for my family of six. The host was amazing and responsive to every question that I had. Her communication was quick and thorough. The unit was clean and had everything our family needed. We enjoyed the layout of the condo with enough beds, living room seating, and dining room seating, and balcony seating for everyone. We loved the location and we dined at the restaurant across the street and were very satisfied with both. 10/10 property and we will absolutely book again

Madeira Beach is a family friendly beach. Welcoming and unpretentious with lots of locals who welcome visitors to their slice of heaven. The area is also very safe with lots of public spaces and easy to negotiate.

I have been in major account management for decades and understand the importance of significant decisions like where to spend time with your loved ones.
