Location: "704 Toyne St, San Diego, CA 92102", use this address to find distance of your visiting destinations before booking. Clean, well-maintained home with all the amenities you could want when travel. It's conveniently located, about 15-20 minutes to everything you need to see and be in San Diego. Each bedroom has a window AC/Heater, 50" TV with Netflix , Prime Video, Disney+, and HBO Max, logged in for your use. AppleTV, hulu, sling, YoutubeTV are available with your personal account
The space
The house is part of 2 units duplex. It has 3 bedrooms with queen bed, 50 inch TV and window AC/Heater in each room. 2 full bathrooms, 2 large couches, and 1 queen air mattress that can accommodate up to 8 people.

It stocked with complement K-cups coffee (no refill), complement bottles water (no refill), dishes, glasses, silverware, wine glasses, coffee mugs etc. The kitchen has oil, sugar, soy sauce, salt and pepper, water kettle, rice cooker, toaster and cookware you should need for cooking a great home cooked meal.

It has a 50 AMP power outlet box for EV/RV charging (see the last 2 pictures from the photos) but you'll need to bring your own adapter to use with this outlet.

Guest access
The whole home is yours including back patio with BBQ, heater, and outdoor sofa that you can enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather. The patio is little tricky since it's located in the back and we live in the detached house that is 10 feet away from the patio but it's belong to the rental.
Other things to note
We live in detached 2 stories home in the back of the rental. We will always respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy your vacation in peace. However, if you need anything during your stay, this makes it very easy to address them promptly.

Couldn't be better!

Tam was very helpful in every way and the location was close to downtown and the airport. Space was large and clean with many extras/freebies included. Great stay and hope to stay again in the future.

Best place to Stay!

We were in San Diego for about 4 days for a graduation. This house was close to everything. 10-20 min to airport, beach, museums and anything else you can think of. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, there were games, toys, books, coffee, water, washer and dryer with soap. There was also shampoo and bodywash. Amazing back porch area. Nice large table and couches. A seat for everyone. I honestly couldnt believe how much the hosts do for their guests! The amenities were sooo amazing. They offer parking for your vehicles. I would highly recommend this for you family or friend trip! We will be back!

Awesome space

The property is clean! Everything was provided to us! Basic necessities from the bathroom to the kitchen! The kitchen is well stocked to be able to cook ourselves! The property manager is extremely nice and able to stocked up our coffee and creamer when we ran out! Since we are near the highway so getting to and from places are convenient. Checked in and out is easy!

Great Stay

House location is central to most tourist attractions. Host had all the essential items needed for a great stay such as; water bottles, toiletries and showering supplies. My family enjoyed all the apps on the television and not to mention, each room came equipped with fully loaded apps on the Tvs. Bathroom shower had enough water pressure to run both showers simultaneously without losing pressure. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. The only caveat is we were unaware of how often planes fly over the neighborhood. Lastly, even though the neighborhood seemed rough, it was very quiet and we felt safe at night. I would definitely book this place again.

This was a true 3 bedroom which is rare for San Diego. The home has all amenities needed for a stay, including condiments if you cook, hygiene items, and plenty of pillows, sheets, etc. There is even a full size washer/dryer so you can take your clothes home clean. The are is San Diego, lots to do a short drive away. The owners were immediately available if needed ( in another home on the property). The TV's are all set up with guest accounts to the major streaming networks. Nice added touch! This was the best VRBO property I have ever stayed in.

Hidden Gem for families!!

Family of 7 and rented for a week. Pulling in I was already so grateful! Cars were bumper to bumper on the street. It was a relief to know we had driveway parking for our 2 cars: a larger van with a roof rack (over 9’) and a compact car. The 3 bedrooms all had queen beds and its own heater/air conditioner. Loved that! It was summer and no one got too hot. We all slept great. I was worried about reviews of airplanes flying overhead. I only heard them a couple of times. The kids didn’t hear them at all until I pointed it out. The host also provided earplugs by all the beds. So thoughtful. We were mostly out and about during the day and had the air conditioner running in the room at night. Host also provided extra blowup beds but we didn’t use them. The home was perfect for our family of 7 and close to downtown, zoo, and a Costco! It had all the amenities we needed with a working kitchen and washer and dryer. TV’s in every room and spacious seating in the living room. We found the neighborhood to be safe, quiet, and didn’t have any problems. Driving in the first night I was a little worrried but we had no issues. The neighborhood was a little worn but safe, quiet, and we and found the mexican restaurant nearby to have great burritos! Not just a random person listing their place. We could tell the host really put a lot of time and effort into making our stay a good one. This home is a gem and when we come to San Diego again we will be rebooking!

Very Clean / sehr sauber

Wohnung war sehr sauber! Schöner Aussenbereich/Patio mit Sitzecke, Heizpilz und Gasgrill. Sehr schöne Bäder mit Dusche. Bis auf eine Spülmaschine alles in der Küche vorhanden. Esstisch und Stühle recht hoch. Der Vermieter antwortet bei Fragen sehr schnell, beziehungsweise kommt schnell rüber um zu helfen wenn was ist. Flugzeuge fliegen über das Haus, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Die Lage ist gut wenn man zum Zoo, der Midway oder Coronado will. Supermarkt ist auch nicht weit mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung kann man klar weiterempfehlen! Apartment was very clean! Nice outdoor area/patio with sitting area, heating mushroom and gas grill. Very nice bathrooms with shower. Everything in the kitchen except for a dishwasher. Dining table and chairs quite high. The landlord answers questions very quickly, or comes over quickly to help if something is wrong. Airplanes fly over the house, but didn't bother us. The location is good if you want to go to the zoo, the Midway or Coronado. Supermarket is also not far away by car. The apartment can clearly be recommended!
