Come and relax and enjoy 2bedrooms King,Queen,and one Full bed half wall privacy in living room, everything included internet washer and dryer as well shopping is close by Restaurant.!! Just bring your clothes and food and personal stuff, relax and enjoy yourself !Please-No extra-person is allowed to sleep over they have to be registered , due to insurance reasons I have cameras outside!! please respect the rules!!

Great place to stay if you need to be in Spring Hill.

This house had everything we needed. It was very comfortable for our stay. We loved the screened in porch as we spent most of our time out there. Our hostess met us upon arrival and was very kind. We would stay there again.

Perfect for our holiday getaway

The location was perfect for our needs. The house was cozy and updated nicely. Carmela was lovely and had lots of nice surprises for us at the house. The master bed was a bit too hard for our liking but that was the only drawback to this little gem.

Nice Peaceful Place

The house is recently completely remodeled so it is exactly like the pictures on the listing. Very tasteful and well maintained. Instead of going out to dinner we just sat on the screened lanai and listened to all the birds and stayed in.

Searching for retirement home

Was a good place to stay during our successful search for a retirement home. Centrally located, AC worked, kitchen to cook all meals, laundry to keep clothes washed, plenty of hot water. 2 bedrooms on opposite ends of house to my snoring doesn’t bother my wife. Would recommend to anyone needing long term stay near Tampa region.

The house was absolutely beautiful! Carmela was an excellent host and very hospitable. Even when I left an item behind, she made it very easy to make arrangements with both me and a family member to get it back. We will definitely stay again! Thank you for a fantastic week!

Very convenient to the area. Carmela is a very nice host. I would recommend a few things. Mattress topper for the master bedroom would make it more comfortable.

Our 9 night stay at this home was perfect. The owner was very pleasant, personable, available if needed. She keeps an exceptionally clean home. Whatever you might need is there in the home. The location was perfect for our needs. Great. safe location. If you have a need to stay in this area. Use this home for your stay you can't go wrong.

Fishing trip

We were two happy couples hoping to catch lots of fish and we’re successful. Unfortunately, our plans were changed as our fishingguide’s family was injured inan accident which altered our destination. The house was nice, clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. The owner met us at the house and we had a very pleasant visit. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

There is fun park five minutes from my house for kids they have go carts and also on Deltona also five minutes away they have a park different activities for kids and plenty of benches to sit and watch them

Very nice neighbors very , quiet and sometimes you see the cranes walking around and I give them food when I see them!!
