Our one story home (no stairs!) is situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood centrally located to all that Florida's Adventure Coast has to offer, including Weeki Wachee Springs and Pine Island Beach.
This upscale home includes 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and brand new furniture and is the ideal place to kick back after a day of exploring or to simply relax in the Florida sun.
Rainy day? No problem! Guests can enjoy the indoors with board games, cards, or watching the TVs in the bedrooms or living room.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances, including a Nespresso coffee maker (pods included), tea kettle (with tea), toast, blender and more!

Each of the 4 bedrooms provide plenty of natural light (or you can use the blackout curtains if that's more your speed). Beds are stocked with brand new, luxury bedding. A dedicated home office workspace is located in the auxilary bedroom. A Pack N Play is available in the master bedroom.

A new washer and dryer (laundry pods and dryer sheets included) is available in this home.
