This is a beautiful home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The pool and the hot tub and the cabana in the backyard are all amazing. This home is in very good condition and clean, but there are some signs of normal wear and tear. Small issues don’t bother us and we enjoyed every moment we had in Hot Springs!! The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking your own meals, and there is plenty of clean bedding and towels. Soaps and all necessities are all provided. Everything in Hot Springs is close by! We will be back for sure!

Best Stay In Hot Springs

Very nice place to stay, all the amenities were spot on! Great pool, jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen! We will stay there again the next time we are in that area.

Weekend for Regional’s (daughters Gymnastics competition)

Overall the stay was amazing. Kids had a blast in the pool and even named the robot cleaner (Steve) which he is a very nice job cleaning. Me and family can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful vacation spot

The house was beautiful and had every amenity you could want. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and easy to access. Lee was a great host and very easy to work with.

This was the perfect place for three couples. The house had everything you needed. The pool was excellent as well as the hot tub. The outdoor pool area was fantastic for visiting with friends. We will definitely be back when returning to Hot Springs .

The house was clean and beautiful! The backyard was our personal Oasis! So relaxing. We didn't have to run around to find things to do because we had so much fun at the home. Will definitely be back!

The house had everything we needed. The pool was great but the hot tub water was cloudy and had an odor. A little chemical was added and it cleared up right away. We did have an issue with the water in the master bathroom, unable to adjust it and it was very hot. We notified the property manager Lee and he had a plumber there within a few hours to fix it. Lee checked in throughout our stay to make sure things were all ok and also the day we were leaving. Excellent property and excellent property manager! Definitely recommend staying here.

Enjoyable Fall Break Getaway

We enjoyed our week long stay and will definitely book again. We ran into a few issues but they were quickly resolved by the property manager and we’re nothing that impacted our trip. The home is beautiful and comfortable. Our kids loved the pool and the outside cabana made for us to be able to sit outside all day and just enjoy ourselves! Close to area attractions, we drove to Lake Catherine a couple days to enjoy some fishing and ordered take out for dinner from Mr. Whiskers, so good! Can’t wait to book our next trip.

Perfect!!

This house was absolutely perfect! Location was in a quiet subdivision on a cul-de-sac, no more rhan 10-15 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Ammemities were endless! Pool, hot tub, and an amazing outdoor kitchenette/grill area. The king master suite was exceptional. The shower included 2 shower heads and enough room to easily bathe my toddler. The keurig coffee station was located just 2-3 steps from the master bedroom door. My 15 year old enjoyed reading in the Arkansas sun room and my 10 year old slept like a queen in her own king-sized bed. Everyone had thier own TV, but we spent every evening in complete privacy in and around the pool swimming, soaking in the hot tub, and playing cornhole while enjoying YouTube playing our favorite music on the outdoor TV. The host was communicative and easily accessible as needed. This was our first visit to Hot Springs, and if we ever head that way again, we'll do our best to book here!

PERFECT!!

The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe neighborhood. It was absolutely perfect for my family. I cook 90% of our meals, so a nice kitchen is very important to me. This one was such a dream - griddle, blender, gas cook top, wall oven (with convection feature!), gas grill and plenty of utensils. We did order Mr. Whiskers Catfish at the end of the road - delicious! This home is laid out beautifully, its small but spacious. My family of 4 kids (12-6yrs), husband and my parents were comfortable and never felt crowded. The 'Arkansas sunroom' was a favorite space. March is still too cold to fully enjoy the pool, but that didn't stop our kids from polar plunges to hot tub. We had lovely sunshine and blue skies most of our days, and enjoyed sunning on the patio furniture. Distance to attractions was reasonable, 15-25 minutes on average depending where. If you're contemplating booking, do it! You won't be disappointed! Oh, and the bidets, my kids thought those were the coolest ever! Lee is fantastic with communication and an excellent host.
