Beach Access: Rise and Shine in Inlet Beach is a short .4 mile walk (or bike ride) away from the largest public beach access in Walton County, the Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access. Located less than half mile away from the home, with plenty of parking and public restrooms, as well as a lifeguard on-duty (during peak season).

No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Rise and Shine. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
