Lovely Lake Minnetonka Suite

Lovely lower level studio walkout with stunning panoramic views of lake Minnetonka. There is a separate locked entry to assure privacy-access is to the left of driveway down an 11 step walkway. Outdoor area features fire pit, bistro table for four and gas grille. Plus hammock to relax and take in beautiful lake views. Shared Dock space for a boat provided.. Boat rental available just a block away at Bay to Bay Boat Club.

All usage of any watercraft is at your own risk. There is a lakeside restaurant within walking distance called Lost Bay, at the Caribbean marina-Two blocks from the cottage.
There is a beach, park and tennis court just 2 blocks away. The Lake Minnetonka Regional trail is located just 2 miles away. The quaint lakeside town of Excelsior is a short 3 mile bike or drive.
This is a shared property, but guests have complete privacy, seperate entry, complete kitchen and bath.

Quiet Lake Retreat

We woke up to a beautiful sunrise over the lake in this cozy lower-floor apartment. It was quiet and comfortable, with all of the amenities.

Staycation Getaway

My husband and I loved the cottage style accommodations. Even though it is wintertime we loved waking up to the lake view and watching the sun set. The suite is very clean and organized and the welcoming decor provides a special touch. This property is on top of the list of places to stay at again!

Great Lake getaway

Wonderful space for some time away. Beautiful lake view and the kayaks and paddle boards included were a bonus. Space is fully furnished and adorably decorated. Spent a weekend here with my daughter and it was perfect for the 2 of us.

Lovely Getaway

We couldn't be happier with our stay. Very quiet, cozy yet spacious suite, lovely yard to soak up the sun and watch the boats. We enjoyed walking to the beach and restaurant just down the street. This was the perfect getaway for us. Thank you!

Life on Lake Minnetonka

It was great to put our boat in the lake and keep it in the water during our stay. The vinyl records and player were awesome. The welcome note and treat was a very nice touch. Nice lake cottage decor. Highly recommended!

Lakeside retreat

The photos don't do the property justice. It was better than I expected. I love the ability to walk out to the water's edge. The place was the perfect size and the amenities were just what we needed. I would rent this hidden gem again in a heartbeat.

Quaint, tucked in hideaway

This is a Tonka Bay delight. My only regret, not staying longer and wishing it was still summer! Great location - waterfront property just 5 min from Excelsior, 10 min from Mound. Come and explore!

The listing 100% accurate! Great location! Walkout the door and your are steps away from the lake!

This place lived up to the listing. Great place to stay. Host was very communicative/informative. We enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the scenic lake. We utilized the kayak and the outside setup to really enhance our stay. The location is close to hiking, restaurants and grocery stores. This is the place to stay! We will be back!
