This ideal location is tucked away on a quiet street but just steps away from the abundant dining and nightlife of Brady St and beyond. Well appointed with luxurious touches and all of the essential amenities to make your stay comfortable with dual en suite bedrooms and attached garage parking for one vehicle, plus a great fenced in yard and patio space.
The Space
2 story home with attached drive-under style garage. The ground floor of the home features the garage and the double bedroom with 2 queen beds and attached full bath. This main floor bedroom also offers direct access to the rear patio/outdoor lounge area. Laundry is located on the main floor as well. The living room, dining, and kitchen are all upstairs on the second floor, as well as the second bedroom with king bed and attached full bath.
Guest Access
The whole home and property are accessible to our guests. A unique code will be generated for you to access to the home via the smart lock on the side door.

The unit is in a great location and the garage was wonderful due to limited street parking and cold weather. We enjoyed the large living area to relax as a group. We had stained bedding but was able to find a set of clean to change. The unit has some items/fixtures that need to be repaired or replaced. The master bath had a broken toilet seat, TP holder and towel hanger. There were side chairs in the living room with broken bases so couldn’t use those and the kitchen has pieces of flooring missing that was weird.

Adam was very easy to get ahold of when we needed things! It appears to be newer remodeled home, but not all hardwood floor planks were all the way pushed together which lead to stubbing of toe or snagging on sock once in a blue moon. Wooden steps which made it slippery when walking down a steeper incline in socks; I accidentally busted my butt going down 1 time. My fault, but be careful! Maybe some sort of traction to put down the steps so you have more than rails, but just a suggestion. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Very conveniently located to multiple attractions. Would definitely recommend to others! Would recommend to others!!

Great open area between the kitchen, dining, and living areas to gather. Extremely cozy. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Yard was huge and has everything you would want to enjoy being outside. Stayed to attend a wedding. So happy we chose to stay here instead of the hotel with reserved rooms. So much better.

Exactly as described - lots of space!

We enjoyed having a home away from home for our daughter’s graduation party. It was a nice place to gather for eating, playing games and enjoying family and friends! We loved the open living area and kitchen - lots of seating. The fireplace was such a nice benefit especially for the cool May days we experienced. We grilled and played bags in the yard. Great kitchen for cooking, baking and serving! The house was fully stocked with all the essentials and more! Bedrooms and bathrooms were big and comfy! Appreciated having a garage.

Experience Downtown Milwaukee

This was a great location for us to experience Milwaukee!. Well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. We were able to park two cars in the garage which is always a plus in any downtown. The enormous yard was inviting, and would be awesome on a summer evening. Communication with our host was seamless. Overall, a great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and nicely decorated. We especially enjoyed the outside area and fire pit. Being from Florida and it being fall in Wisconsin my daughter enjoyed raking leaves into a pile and jumping in them.

Perfect location!

Such a nice place to stay in a fun area. Garaged parking. Sooo many amenities. Super clean. Great towels and linens. This was probably the best VRBO we've ever stayed at. We walked everyday to good restaurants, bakeries, bars and church.

PERFECT LOCATION

Great layout, exactly as pictured and within walking distance of everything. Clean, cozy, renovated and laid out perfect. I wish it hadnt been raining so we could have used firepits in the backyard. The fireplace in the living room was a nice cozy touch. Thanks for having a great place!

Great Experience

This was a great place to have a home away from home staycation. The home was cozy, clean, and beautiful. The hosts had great communication and keep the home well stocked with essentials. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and would be very enjoyable during different weather. The home is in a great location with everything you could need close by. There are so many positives. We would highly recommend this location!

Long Weekend in Milwaukee

My husband and I had a great time visiting Milwaukee! The house is beautiful - just as seen in the listing’s photos. There is so much space! The property owners were easy to contact and very helpful during check-in. The fenced-in yard was also the perfect space for our dog. The property has a great location close to Lake Michigan, bike trails, downtown, and walkable to so many restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Spacious two story

This home suited the three of us to a tee. Comfortable, clean and organized, we enjoyed our 10 day stay very much. Loved being able to pull our car into the garage to unpack groceries, luggage, etc. The spacious family/living room, dining room and kitchen were great to spread our group out in. The lower bedroom shower was a bit small and the shower door was hard to open and close once inside. The manager was very responsive to our need for hangars in the lower bedroom closets. Could not find a toaster but used the oven instead. All else worked well. I definitely would like to return! 😊

Peace in the Eastside

Just great! Fantastic aesthetic! Great comfort. The linen... spot on! Small recommendations. It would be great to have extra towels in the grounds floor. The seepage of water from the hvac unit in the laundry room is a bit of a risk. Fabulous spot. Happy to reebok!

Spring Weekend Getaway

The property is exactly as the pictures show. Very comfortable beds, easy access to the house, and enough space to spread out and relax. There are smaller windows in the bedrooms that do not have any window coverings. If the sun is shining early morning and you like your room dark (as some did in our group) just know that the sun will peek in. The only thing we wished would have been available were garbage bags. Other than that we will definetly be looking to stay at this property again in the future.
