This place was right on!! Everything was super clean and all extras were available. Recommended for anyone staying in Birmingham. Host was the best in communication that we have ever had and this is out of 20 plus bookings via VRBO. Great location and near the airport and close to downtown. We had a great stay and vacation. Thank you again and when we book next year we will stay at the townhome.

Safe, Lovely Townhouse – A Wonderful StayWe had a fantastic stay at this townhouse. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, and the property itself was absolutely lovely. The space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly, making check-in and check-out easy. We appreciated the comfy beds, updated kitchen, stylish decor, and secure parking. If you’re looking for a convenient, no hassle, and clean place to stay, this townhouse is a great choice. What a wonderful home! Just as described, super clean and well decorated. We were visiting my son for family weekend at Samford and the home was so convenient to everything. The owner was very easily accessible and responsive. Well stocked and even a fun surprise in the refrigerator for the guests. We will definitely stay again as my son is only a freshman. So nice to have a go to place to stay now.

This property is amazing! The inside is new, cleaned and decorated beautifully and so comfortable. We loved the huge kitchen island you can sit and talk around. There’s also a huge dining table with plenty of seating. The high ceilings and windows made it so open and big. The covered patio in the back was perfect, and that’s where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The gated parking was an extreme plus so we didn’t have to park in the street. And it was so close to great shopping, food and other attractions. The host was quick to get back with any questions. Definitely would stay here again.

An excellent property and wonderful host. I really appreciated the craftsmanship and quality of the home itself and I felt right at home immediately. The entire place was spotless when we arrived, the instructions were clear, the neighborhood was quiet. It was exactly what we were looking for. This has been my best experience with either Verbo or that other one. Thanks for helping with a wonderful weekend.

Great location! Close to downtown, cute neighborhoods, and restaurants. Street parking available, but nice to have the option of gated parking in the back of the property. The home was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely return next time we are in Birmingham.

We had an amazing stay at the property. The townhouse was very spacious, clean, well prepared, and beautifully designed. Check in was seamless and very easy. The host was very responsive and replied to any inquiries within a few minutes. Overall the stay was excellent. The location is quiet and very conveniently located. The gated parking was very nice as well. We were in town for a family gathering and would love to stay here again!

Fabulous family weekend!!

This property is spectacular and the communication was excellent. It's inviting with a charming front little yard, patio and beautiful decor inside. The beds are comfy, everyone had their own bathroom and the kitchen island is big enough for family dinner. We used dining room table for cards. We really enjoyed the security of the gated parking in back. Our family and grandparents came in for our son's Samford graduation. We will be back!

Sliver Sisters Weekend

The property was very nice, great bedrooms, living room and two covered porches. The location is very close to downtown and we had convenient secure parking. Easy access to great restaurants and shopping in Mountain Brook and Homewood.

Definitely a values considering the local hotel options. The place was nice, had everything and a nice view. Includes gated parking which is almost a must in the area.

Great house and location is close to the city.

Everything was great! Good communication prior to our arrival. Loved the kitchen/ living space, everything was super clean & bed was comfortable. Convenient to town and great restaurants. My husband forgot his jacket and the owner was kind enough to ship it back. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

Samford Family Weekend

House is lovely and well-appointed with gated parking, large kitchen. It is very easy to get on 31 and access to Samford and Homewood. Internet was good, home is very spacious and appears to be relatively recently built or renovated. No complaints.
