This relaxing home is ideally located within walking distance of IMS parking lots, and 5 miles from all that downtown has to offer! This newly furnished 3 BR/2 BA home sleeps 7. Plenty of space to unwind in the modern living room & dining area, or out on the private back porch with a cold brew! The gourmet kitchen features new SS appliances and a coffee nook to get started for the day!

Welcome to historic Speedway, home of the world-famous Indy 500! Our home is ideally located 15 mins from the airport and 10 minutes from downtown Indy!

Our home is a quick walk to the best bars (Daredevil Brewing, Big Woods, O’Reilly’s, Barbeque and Bourbon) and restaurants in Downtown Speedway. The Speedway is only 1.5 miles away. Take the kids to Speedway Indoor Karting for a great time with the family! Take a quick Uber ride into downtown to Lucas Oil Stadium (6.1 mi), Gainbridge Fieldhouse (6.7 mi), Indianapolis Zoo (5.3 mi), the world's largest Children's Museum of Indianapolis (6.5mi), and all that downtown, Bates Hendricks, and Fountain Square has to offer!

Great location to the race track. 1 mile. Groceries and other items are close. House is clean and equipped fairly well. We discovered it has a Keurig, so bring you own special brew. Alan is very responsive

House is close to Indy Nat’l Speedway in a great neighborhood. The house has a nice back porch that was great for relaxing. Lots of squirrels and a chipmunk for entertainment. Even though the house sits on a busy road with a fire station down the street, the noise was tolerable. Hoping some improvement suggestions for the shower options are taken. We would stay again.

The property was not well kept .. outside .. inside of home was ok . The towel rack in bathroom fell off wall from previous damage but I was charged for the incident . Not a place I would recommend or return to.

Excellent stay, 5 minutes to Speedway

We enjoyed our stay for a weeklong event at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. 5 minutes from the track and lots of food options on Main Street. The house was clean and everything worked as advertised. We didn’t use the kitchen for cooking, but the cabinets and drawers seem to have all that’s necessary for those who wish to cook. Washer and dryer in the basement if needed. The houses in that area do not have much of a driveway, so if you are staying with multiple cars, two cars are no problem, three may be a squeeze if they are larger. Definitely would stay here again if the need arises.

Average. Wasn't very impressed with the outside. Need lots of yard work. Inside was ok. One bed had a big stain. Place was clean but appliances (dishwasher) wasn't installed properly. I feel that the owner needs to do a walkthrough. The outside wasn't uninvited. Owner did respond quickly on things but it appears that he isn't aware of how the place looks or things needed.

Perfect location for month of May with only a 15 min walk to the motor speedway. Cannot think of a better place to rent for Indy 500!

Easy to contact

Over all the property was as described the only downfall but was out of property owners controll was there was construction on the road in front of the property and the furnace wasnt working properly but when we let him know he was willing to get someone out to look at it

Race Stay

Picked this home because it was the right size and location from Indy Speedway, which was why we were visiting. Very nice home, had to bring by our own grill, only amenity it didn’t have.

Great house and location

The house worked out great for me and my friends. The location to where we needed to be, and to downtown Speedway, was great. The owner was easy to communicate with. The kitchen was well-equipped. The only issue we had was that the oven/stove stopped working while we were trying to cook dinner.

Cheer Comp at convention center

We had a great stay overall. The location was great. It’s about halfway between the convention center and airport. Ubers to the convention center ran around $15 one way and similar to the airport. I think the one downfall to this property for me was only one TV. It’s really hard to entertain all audiences like that. The host was awesome, friendly and easy to work with. I would stay here again if I returned to Indy.

What a sweet house!

This house worked out great for us. We are 5 women between the ages of 66 and 74 so stairs are always a concern. The layout was perfect wth both beds and baths on the main floor. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of supplies. We struggled a bit with the up to date security lock but Alan got us squared away. The house was clean and tidy but the trash in the outdoor bins was overflowing. It didn't impact our stay. We'd certainly stay here again.

Not horrible, but not exciting, either.

Stayed for a week. Loved the idea of more space in a house than hotel room, but disappointed. Outside was somewhat run down, specifically the back yard. It was not usable, not per the pictures. Back porch seemed unstable. Front porch stairs were a bit of a hazard, as well, because the last step is taller. Had several trips and falls. Nature of the older home, but still a caution. House is on a very busy street. Thankfully couldn't hear much inside the house. However, the lights of passing cars at night flashed right in the kitchen/dining window and even the back window, so that was annoying at night. A curtain/blind on dining window would make a big difference. Paper blinds are useless. Two front bedrooms had small closets with a few hangers; back bedroom had no hanging space and there were no dressers anywhere in the house. Some people live out of a suitcase, but not everyone wants to do that. Nowhere to sit anything other than small nightstands. The back (master?) bathroom -- which isn't connected to the room if that matters to you -- was tiny. No room to even sit anything on the sink. There was very little room to move in the shower and the glass shelves in the corner were falling down, so once again, no space for anything. Laundry was in the dingy basement with very steep stairs. Every piece of furniture in the house was uncomfortable. Awful. Beds were so bad we left late Thursday night instead of Friday morning- even our kids didn't want to sleep another night on them.
