Adorable House!

The house was very cute & very clean. In a quiet neighborhood. The AC worked great, and the beds were great. The kitchen had a nice supply of cooking items. It will be our place to stay any time we visit Lubbock!

It's the little things!

It really is the little things that matter! Not only was the house super clean and very comfortable but it didn't smell like cleaning products and the towels were thick and fluffy and smelled amazing!

Christmas Vacation

We rented this house while in town visiting family for Christmas. The house is in quiet neighborhood and close to several attractions in Lubbock. The house was very clean and well stocked. Sharla was wonderful with communicating before, during, and after our stay. We highly recommend this property and hope it is available with all of our trips to Lubbock.

Lubbock Thanksgiving & Wedding Central

My family rented this house for 12 nights covering Thanksgiving and our son's wedding at the end of the following week. It worked out perfectly. The property is located in a quiet and very safe West End community with ready access to Costco, Target, Texas Tech University and all other attractions in Lubbock. Our small Thanksgiving for six with our new in-laws went beautifully. The house was very clean, well stocked and the beds, linens and towels were all top of the line quality. The kitchen was so well stocked that we only needed to borrow my son's roasting pan to put on a full Thanksgiving dinner. Our per night costs were competitive with previous single room hotel stays and we were able to comfortably host three generations. When my daughter's family arrived, the fully fenced backyard with healthy grass gave our granddaughter a safe place to run around as we all did our thing preparing for the wedding. The owner has been great to work with and has communicated beautifully at arrival time, mid-stay, and upon "check out". As both sets of in-laws were from out of town, we were able to use the house and garage to stage all the "stuff" prior to preparing the wedding and reception venues. The property met all of our needs and was so comfortable! We highly recommend this property !!!

Spotless!

This was the cleanest place. It was also well stocked. All we had to do was relax! The beds were amazingly comfortable as well. We had a great weekend with our TTU student staying with us!

Beautiful house

Loved the house, the neighborhood and the accommodations. Shaila was great communicating with me and all worked out super!! My husband and kids were super impressed and loved the stay. Will stay there again for sure!

Great Location in a new Neighborhood

This was a perfect base for our weekend in Lubbock for a high school graduation. Close to lots of shopping / restaurants / United Arena. Neighborhood is nice and new / never heard anything from the neighbors. Plenty of room for the 6 of us to relax and spend time with family. Would definitely stay here again!

Very cute little home with everything needed! House was very clean! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Th only suggestion I would have would be to put curtain in the master bedroom!

Rock&Roll Lubbock

Rock&Roll Lubbock house was perfect and wonderfully cozy for my teenage daughter, our friend’s family of 4 and I. The location was close to anything one could need or want, tucked in a quiet neighborhood. There is a nice large garage to fit vehicles in when there was potential for bad weather. Oh, btw I was the last to shower one night after 2 adults & 2 teenage girls and was pleasantly surprised to have plenty of hot water. Check-in & check-out directions were simple & uncomplicated. I recommend this house to anyone staying in Lubbock & will look for it if I ever have the need to visit again.

If this house is available, we will always choose it! Sharla is amazing and we love staying here! The house is always clean and has all the things that you might forget she has ready for you!! Honestly, I don’t want to even tell everybody about this place because I want to OK keep it to myself lol!!

Loved our stay!

We were in town for our daughter’s State Gymnastics meet and this house put us just a few minutes away from the host location. The house was clean, had plenty of useful amenities and was overall so comfortable and welcoming for my family of four and my parents that stayed with us. Sharla was responsive and made check in and check out a breeze! This will be our first choice if we need to stay in Lubbock again.

New neighborhood in Lubbock

The house is very clean, the beds comfortable. We enjoyed the layout of the house. Living area has enough seating. The island in the kitchen is larger than it looks in the pictures. The water from the fridge filter wasn't working but other than that everything was great. We would definitely stay here again when we are in Lubbock.

Staying with friends

We had a comfortable stay; will stay here again when we are back in town if it is available. Neighborhood was quiet. House was clean and well stocked with appliances and amenities. Favorite things were being able to park in the garage, smart tvs in each room, high speed internet, and having soap and detergent available. It felt like we were staying at a friends house.

This property is perfectly located less than 2 miles to the West End, 5 miles to Texas Tech, 3 miles to LCU and 5 miles to the hospitals. There is not a cleaner or better maintained house in Lubbock. There may be some AS clean....but none cleaner! Cleanliness is my #1 requirement when I travel and its my #1 amenity I provide my guests.
