Welcome to your newly renovated basecamp for year-round adventures in Killington. This comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at Mountain Green Resort is the perfect mountain retreat for families and small groups, sleeping up to six guests. You’ll be just an easy 8-minute walk to the lifts, or you can take advantage of the convenient door-to-door shuttle service during ski season.

The spacious living area features a cozy electric fireplace and a striking mountain mural that sets the tone for a true alpine escape. The condo offers flexible sleeping arrangements with five beds, including a queen sleeper sofa. Each room has a TV and complimentary Wi-Fi, with Roku available for streaming your favorite shows (please note there is no cable TV). A pack-and-play is also available for families traveling with young children — just remember to bring bedding.

The full kitchen is well equipped for everything from quick breakfasts before hitting the slopes to relaxed dinners after a day outdoors. Guests will find a Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster oven, and essential cookware. Due to the area’s highly mineralized water, bottled drinking water is recommended.

Your stay includes access to the excellent amenities at Mountain Green Resort (Building 3) using the provided key card. Enjoy the year-round health club featuring an indoor heated saltwater pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and a fully equipped fitness center. During the warmer months, guests can also take advantage of the heated outdoor pool, BBQ grills, and fire pit area.

Additional conveniences include coin-operated laundry facilities, dedicated ski lockers located just outside the building, on-site equipment rentals at Black Dog Sports, family-friendly dining at The Cluckin’ Café, and relaxing spa massages offered by Back, Body and Mind. EV chargers are also available nearby at the Snowshed and K1 parking lots.

Whether you’re visiting for skiing, hiking, mountain biking, or simply to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air, this condo offers a comfortable and convenient home base in the heart of Killington.

**Annual resort renovations: Mountain Green Resort is undergoing a multi-year renovation project from May through November each year through 2028. Construction noise and temporary inconveniences may occur, and porch access is currently unavailable due to safety. Nightly rates have been adjusted to reflect this.

**Cancellations made within the free cancellation period will be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee**

-No smoking/vaping of any substance
-No pets allowed by guests ($200 fine for unregistered animals)
-No snow equipment inside the unit or in the common areas
