Great stay

The house was clean and very spacious. Kitchen was recently renovated and had everything we needed. The house also has a large pool which would be a nice get away for a summer vacation .

Beautiful and well-equipped

This is a lovely, spacious house, and truly felt like a home away from home. The decor is attractive, the beds are comfortable! and the kitchen is well equipped. From the location, it's a straight shot to Fairfield, Westport, or the Merritt, and narrow, winding roads to Ridgefield or Rt 7. The Tesla charger is a great convenience. The owner is super responsive to any inquiries. We enjoyed our stay!

A lovely way to start 2023 is to wish Julie & her sisters all the joy this next year can bring. This family has been lovely & thoughtfully efficient. Despite the extraordinary cold Xmas holiday, they made the best of all external weather challenges & made their stay a "home" for the Holidays! Thank you Julie.

Lovely, spacious home!

We had a great time staying here! The photos don’t show just how spacious the house really is! Stayed here with 4 other people and we had plenty of room to relax and spread out. Since it was late September, the pool was closed, but that was ok because temps were not suitable for swimming anyway. The master bedroom & bath is gorgeous and the other two bathrooms were super cute and unique. Kitchen was large & functional - we found ourselves spending a lot of time hanging out in the kitchen. Location was great, too. Shari was a very communicative host and made herself available to answer any questions we had. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Will definitely return sometime soon!

Love when others fall in Love! Either as an almost iconic nod to the 1950's or just enjoying the flow of one story living, I am so glad your entourage felt at home. Please, enjoy this Fall as the colors of N. Fairfield will be beautiful & come back, &/Or wait till you can enjoy the heated 11 foot deep, oversized pool in mid 2023! Wonderful visit to a lovely home...

Our family just loved our stay at this comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, and remodeled home. Shari, the owner/host, was an incredible host and prepared everything for us that made our family feel welcomed and at home. Communication with Shari was easy and prompt. She also has great informational binders to explain the features of the home and the awesome activities and maps of the local Redding/Easton area for guests to enjoy (Parks, trails, local goods, food & coffee, etc). Many of the amenities of the house made our stay fun/safe for the kids and adults alike. We have a 3 year old and almost 1 year old, and they had a blast. The house has lots of space to explore, and all of the bedrooms are cozy. We were very impressed how quickly and efficiently the home heated! We loved everything about the house! The open kitchen was a good place to have meals and/or hang out. The bathrooms were clean and conveniently located around the house. The main bathroom has an awesome new shower. We used all three bedrooms and all were pleasant and roomy. The main bedroom took the prize with huge glass panes with views of the forest woodland behind the house and leading out to a balcony and steps. It was especially cool to watch/listen to the rain as it fell down with the bright, luminous foliage surrounding. The enclosed porch was a nice spot to sit back and relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Our children absolutely loved walking around the property and exploring the woods. All in all, this house and property are a very welcoming, stylish and peaceful place to visit. We would highly recommend staying here as our family absolutely loved our stay, and Shari was extremely nice and accommodating. Next time we are in the area, we look forward to staying at Shari's home again!
