Fully remodeled and completely upgraded, the Bull Shark Bungalow has it all! Situated at the end of a quiet, dead-end street surrounded by nature. A short walk to Wildemere Beach, and a few minute drive to Downtown Milford, Walnut Beach, Silver Sands State Park, The Connecticut Audubon Society, and The Tyde wedding venue. Enjoy the wide open living room with 12 foot ceilings, huge couch, and 85 inch TV. All 3 bedrooms have new high quality mattresses. Approximately 10 miles from Fairfield University, Yale University, and Tweed New Haven Airport, and just 10 minutes from Bridgeport's Total Mortgage Arena, Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater, and Port Jeff Ferry.

Patio area with bench seat, rocking chairs, gas grill and charcoal grill for guest use. Outdoor dining table and chairs, 4 folding beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, beach cart, beach towels, cooler, and 2 bicycles.

Modern kitchen with quartz countertops, farm sink, and stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with appliances and utensils. Dishwasher, KitchenAid stand mixer, Instant Pot, blender, toaster, hand mixer, and more. Coffee bar stocked with assorted K-cups, teas, and a frother.

85-inch smart TV with Samsung TV Plus and free Wi-Fi.

Looking for a relaxing getaway close to beach for a week. The house worked out great. Very nicely done inside, with quite a few features. Back yard was also a pleasure. Using the chairs and wheelie cart made beach going much easier. Convenient location to Walnut Beach, Silver Sands State park and Milford. Enjoyed many of the local restaurants.Host was very responsive.

We had such a beautiful stay at the Bull Shark Bungalow! The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully set up, with the kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. Check-in was seamless and stress-free, which made settling in so easy. We loved the relaxing atmosphere and the little details that made the bungalow feel like a true home away from home. Our time here was so enjoyable, and we can’t wait to come back again!

Cozy home away from home

This pet friendly home over exceeded our expectations. It is a very clean, comfy and nicely decorated home with a big fenced in back yard that our 2 goldens loved. The location is perfect for a relaxing get away in a quiet neighborhood and is walking distance to the beach. This gem is stocked with all the amenities that you could ever need or want while on vacation. The check-in & check-out process was very easy. Steven, our host, promptly responded to all messages and had great suggestions for local eateries and places to visit. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are visiting the area.

Came to Milford for our daughters graduation at Sacred Heart-only 15 minutes from venue.Perfect location, beautiful gated back yard-wish we were here longer to enjoy it. Our dog sure did.House was super clean, had everything you could need including snacks and a bottle of wine!Thank you Steven for sharing your lovely home with us.

Beautiful cottage in quiet neighborhood near the beach

We were looking for a place to stay near NYC as I had to come to the city for surgery. We needed a place that could accommodate myself, husband, 1 year old, my parents, and our 2 dogs. Steven’s beautiful home did not disappoint. It was impeccably decorated and everything you might need had been thought of. Steven was excellent at communicating with us before and during our stay and showed a desire to make sure we were taken care of. Even though we had to be there for a surgery, it was such a cute place to relax and focus on healing and enjoying time with family. I’d highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay that’s convenient to many local sights and ammenities. Host was wonderful. You couldn’t ask for a better place.

Spotless and well-equipped home for quiet getaway

The Bull Shark Bungalow completely lived up to its online listing. The home was wonderfully appointed with comfy furniture, towels, sheets, even coffee pods. The owner was easy to contact and responded promptly to inquiries. We loved the house and especially the backyard, which was fully fenced and big enough for the kids to run around. We even built a fire in the firepit and roasted marshmallows, and our city kids were thrilled to see lightning bugs! The only thing to be aware of is that the neighborhood, which quiet and pleasant, is fully residential - we drove everywhere we went except the nearby small beach.

Family beach trip

Truly better than expectation! Steven Has flawless communication and has gone the extra mile and making his beach “Bull Shark” bungalow Comfortable and fully stocked for a great family vacation. The flat has everything you need for a family trip. Short walk to beautiful beaches. Quick drive to town beach with lots of parking. Great restaurants. Even enjoyed a day at the Norwalk aquarium when it was too rainy for the beach. Highly recommend. Great value for the money. We will definitely be back.!!

Peaceful and pleasant stay

Had a great stay at this beautiful property in Milford very nice layout, comfortable and very clean and well appointed. My family had a great time! It was nice to have bicycles and cornhole there too. Easy walk to the shore line. Certainly would recommend this for my family and friends.

We loved our stay at this property! Located in a friendly neighborhood with lots to do… perfect for a long weekend! Kid friendly, super clean, and stocked with everything you could need! Steven thought of everything to make this a comfortable space away from home for his guests. Highly recommend!
